Treated very poorly. We experienced problems with the ring I bought for my fiancée arose not once, but twice (gold band kept bending). The second time around it broke after my fiancée only wore it once. We informed him of this and he insisted that it was something we did. Mind you, we had only went to a Gala the night it broke (the first night wearing it out) when it bent. He implied that we damaged it ourselves, after admitting that the first design was flawed. It wasn't a favor he did us to have the first ring re-made, we paid for a ring and didn't receive a durable one. After the second happened, he wasn't as understanding, and quite honestly, didn't believe us. He said before the meeting that he understood and trusted us that we didn't do anything to make this happen, however, when we entered the meant he refused to barely speak with us. He had another jeweler come in and mansplain/gaslight to us, specifically my fiancee. At one point I even requested to just speak to Asit, because he was my "friend" and I wanted to voice my concerns to him professionally and respectfully. The other jeweler refused to leave, and proceeded to make my fiancee clap her hands together with the damaged ring on, challenging her to bend it in front of him. This was also before he looked at me, after my fiancee got emotional because she wanted her perfect ring, and said: you are look reasonable and logical so we can have this discussion - to which I responded that BOTH me and my fianceé were logical, reasonable, and were both about to graduate from law school. We have NEVER been treated with such outright disrespect. We came to Asit highly recommended and thought he was a friend. Asit wouldn’t even look me in the eye or discuss with us anything. Instead, rather, he had another jeweler come in and proceed to gaslight my fiancee. I ended up getting a full refund and when I went back to pick up the check, proceeded to tell Asit that the way we were treated was unprofessional and that we expected more, especially from a friend. After saying this, Asit smiled at me and walked away. I walked out and reiterated that I expected more from Asit. After this, the other jeweler told me to take the check and leave and stop causing problems. At one point while I was waiting for the elevator, he took his lanyard off, wrapped it around his hand, and approached me. He told me to be nice to his friends, which, I was. Still confused why he was there in the first place, I simply told him that he needed to learn how to properly treat paying customers. All I wanted was to have a friendly conversation with Asit, and be treated respectfully. That didn’t happen. At the end of the day if you didn't believe what we told you, that the ring was clamped against my fiancee's finger after three hours of wearing it at a Gala, then you could have told me, friend to friend, and we could've ended our business relationship respectfully. Instead, you asked us to come in so that another jeweler could intimidate and belittle us while you stood quietly beside. This was a monumental moment for us, and the acknowledgment of that from you, and how this moment has been tarnished, would have been greatly appreciated. Things happen. A "short" and sweet review:

Price: Asit did a Fantastic job with finding the Perfect Diamond that was close to my budget. I had been diamond shopping for a while and Asit provided the BEST price for the quality of diamond that you are looking for. If you know what kind of quality diamond you are looking for exact Asit will get you the best price. Initially due to the design ring I was looking for - the manufacturing cost were high but he took additional steps and communicated alternative solutions to bring the cost down closer to my budget. Time: I had a very short deadline to get the ring by Asit and team did everything they could to turn my idea into a custom ring within 2 weeks from start to finish. Once the Ring design was finalized and approved from my end - his team was able to turn around the CAD model into physical ring within the week. (10/10)

Asit is the vendor I brag about to everyone. At the initial visit, he sat us down and walked us through diamond types, told us what was realistic and what wasn't. He never made us feel pressured to buy from him and objectively gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision.

He did SUCH a beautiful job with both my ring and my husband's - especially given how custom and intricate both of ours were. For mine, I wanted a single pear shaped diamond on a platinum band for my engagement ring and then two wedding bands to flank the engagement band. He even suggested the idea of matching the number of stones to our wedding date for my ring. When I went through major fluctuations in ring sizing (from a size 7 to size 5.5 over one year), he remade mine at no additional charge, even though it took a few times to get the size just right.

My husband's ring was a thinner 7mm platinum band that had our proposal 3D engraved onto it. This was, by far, one of the most complicated designs I'd ever seen for a ring and it took Asit 4 months of rendering, re-rendering and edits to get right, but he got it done within schedule.
