So the entire process took about 1 month, which was expected and I received my order yesterday. The top fits very nicely, no issues at all. The bottom is where my issue is. It seems at some point during casting, there was a piece of metal that was left behind that sticks out, that will not allow the bottom to sit flush on my teeth. This results in an ill fitting grill.I thought that I just needed to tighten it but soon found that this isnât the issue. There is a defect not allowing it to sit properly. I pushed the grill onto the mold that they came with and it put a very small hole in the mold indicating there is an issue.Iâm just glad I didnât push down too hard on my real teeth and end up chipping it. Iâll have to wait a few days for a response but to wait a little over a month for something, just to have to return it right back is a bit disappointing considering the high profile celebrities who purchase from here. I put my faith in this company due to that so Iâm a bit upset with this situation.
EDIT: I just found in the top grill, two small holes. So on top of the bottom ones not fitting properly due to a defect, the top set have holes. For $255 I kinda expected a little better quality than what was received.
UPDATE: I received my fangs after almost a month and a half and surprise....the bottom fang that didnât fit before due to a defect, STILL doesnât fit. At this point, Iâm done and over with it. I was really really hoping that they got it right this second time, but I was let down. They had a chance to make it right and once again, was let down. Not sure if Iâll purchase anything from here again which sucks because I thought they could be trusted to provide quality work. Do you think rappers spending $20,000 on a grill have to deal with these issues? Probably not..sad that us average customers have to deal with...

There were issues first off with them not sending my mold kits and getting argumentative when I said I never got a tracking number so I questioned if it was truly sent out. I canceled my order because of that and that night my tracking number came in. I called the next day to cancel the cancellation and give them one more shot. Next issue was waiting a month and a half for 2 grills. Phones call after call to them with a bunch of times being sent to voicemail, no update, faulty promises to be called back, constantly being told my items would be done at the end of the week, which was not accurate. There was only one or 2 people working there that were not rude. During the final phone calls to them, I informed that I have been waiting a month and a half and keep getting the run around. The âmanagerâ proceeded to get argumentative with me, swear at me, and canceled my order without my consent, and hung up on me. I called back to see how long that would take and make sure it was my full refund. He got back on the phone and stated that I would get the restocking fee taken. I informed him that the item was never sent out to me so there should be no restocking fee. He continued arguing with me so I informed him I would put in a dispute with PayPal. He told me that I would not win my dispute and I would NOT get a dime of my money back and hung up on me. I actually DID get my FULL refund back from PayPal. They sent PayPal the tracking number for the mold kits that were sent out to try and make it seem like I got my order when that wasnât the case. I will never do any purchasing...

So I called to get answers, I was told the crowns could be made to look natural not big and bulky so I order two crowns. When I got them the were too big for my teeth, if I had them put on my teeth my teeth would decay, I couldn't close my mouth so I couldn't eat, the crowns hit my lower teeth. I called to see what to do and was told first my dentist was trying to get money out of me, when I told them he wasn't charging me they said to come to Houston their dentist would MAKE THEM FIT. When I explained why they didn't fit I was told to send the crowns back since they were made incorrectly. I sent them back was told for a two week they were in production each time I called. On June 6, I was told the crowns would not be remade but I could pay to have new ones made but it would cost almost as much as the original crowns. The new crowns would be less gold and diamonds but they would cost more?? I asked how much it would be to get the teeth correct (even thought it was not my fault they were made wrong) I was told they would call me back the next day to date I have not heard back from Johnny Dang's. I paid $1120.00 for nothing, I do not have the ill fitting crown and now Johnny Dang's is saying I never sent them back, I have the proof they were sent back with a signature of their employee including the date and time. I wouldn't purchase crown on line from this company it's been 4 months of hell. I've spent over $1200.00 on nothing including shipping and at least 60 hours of trying to resolve the issue getting...
