Kiehl's — Local services in Houston

This store makes the brand look bad at all. I just bought the midnight recovery concentrate at the store, and the staff look tired and unhappy. But the girl next to me is a white, she got a very welcome from the staff. They asked her if she wanted some samples and gave her some advices. I got nothing except the attitude from the staff while I spent more than $50 right before her. They didn't even ask if I want some sample or not. I wish I bought the product from Sephora. They have better customer service and they treat everybody equally. I'll return the thing that I just bought. It's not about the product, it's all...

Today March 18 2025, I was given a skin analysis at your store on 4076 Westheimer, Houston Tx and I most say Ms. Shalom was amazing.

Although I did not buy a product at the time, she was amazingly thorough. She spent over 25 minutes showing and building the perfect skincare regimen and I appreciate her answering questions past her time limits. She knew all about the other products I used in the past.

She asked questions about my routine and was relatable. You can tell when someone really loves their job and she loves her work. She was personable, patient and I will be back to purchase with her....

I don’t know the staff got underpaid or very poor management system, I got there and ask for my moisturizer, but the red hair lady gave me a cold glance as I about to steal something from the store, I felt so bad when I got out from that store. I don’t know if they feel unhappy about the job, i used to work as a sale associate and for sure this is NOT how you should make people feel when they visit your store, I have bern using the brand for several years and this is my first time visit the actual store and it completely ruined my experience with the brand. For sure I will never come back to that...
