This store makes the brand look bad at all. I just bought the midnight recovery concentrate at the store, and the staff look tired and unhappy. But the girl next to me is a white, she got a very welcome from the staff. They asked her if she wanted some samples and gave her some advices. I got nothing except the attitude from the staff while I spent more than $50 right before her. They didn't even ask if I want some sample or not. I wish I bought the product from Sephora. Although I did not buy a product at the time, she was amazingly thorough. She spent over 25 minutes showing and building the perfect skincare regimen and I appreciate her answering questions past her time limits. She knew all about the other products I used in the past.
She asked questions about my routine and was relatable. You can tell when someone really loves their job and she loves her work. She was personable, patient and I will be back to purchase with her....
