My first time here and I was really disappointed. I tried to explain the shape I wanted for my nails and she got it wrong. While I didn't go for a manicure, usually when getting your nails done your cuticles look cleaned up a bit after getting a full set. Not here. My cuticles looked horrible and a couple of my nails look like I needed a refill AFTER getting my nails done. I got nowhere when trying to explain to her the particular way I like my nails. I didn't alert anyone of my dislike because I didn't think it'd be fixed correctly I just paid and left unhappy. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail lady and trying somewhere new, I guess. Maybe she was having an off day because they have been there 30 years.

Went in to get my eyebrows done. Its the only reason I go there because ALL their other services suck, Especially customer service. The guy pictured was rude af. He makes customers wait outside in 100 degree plus weather until it's time for them to be serviced. I tried giving up my seat inside the shop to an elderly lady so she wouldn't have to stand and he argued me down about HIM running the operations in the shop. I don't know how his culture handles their elderly but in my culture it is seen as a sign of RESPECT to give up your seat to allow the elderly to sit down. I would like to tell him if you are going to avidly take BLACK DOLLARS, then maybe you should be open to learning their culture as well.

I came to Lee Nails for my first refill and within a week two nails broke. I went back to have the nails repaired only for Anne (the nail tech) to glue the nails down just for them to break again after I told her they were already broken. I came back the very next day, waited for her to repair the nails, only for her to rush and fix my nail incorrectly again. She even asked if I wanted to just paint the nail with glitter because she didn’t want to look for the correct color and I told her to please fix my nails correctly. Within a few days the nails broke again. I will not get my nails done here again. I’ve only had my nails for two weeks.

Horrible service and unprofessional with low quality standards. Never will return and do not recommend. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Before getting my brows done I told the lady I just wanted a clean up. She asked me if I wanted eyebrow pencil which I agreed to thinking it would be a subtle little touch up. When she finished she ended up creating these thick brows on me. It looked okay at a quick glance. When I got in the car I took a second look and wasnt feeling the way she filled in my brows after all so I decided to wipe all of it off. Only to find my eyebrows looked super choppy and two different shapes. One eyebrow was super thin and shaped like a skinny rectangle block and the other brow had a arch to it but so uneven. I was horrified and disgusted. I called in to let them know I was not happy with service and how unprofessional my brows look. Funny thing is I didnt even ask or was looking for a refund. I wanted them to simply know that the level of skill and service provided was unacceptable. In return I was being blamed because oh well I didnt notice it then. No type of customer service or apology and they hung up on me! What a slap in the face! I should of known when the lady who did my nails tried to charge me more for wanting to switch from the red glitter to a gold glitter after already being charged extra for it in the...

EYEBROW REVIEW The receptionist is very friendly and provides exceptional customer service. She makes up for the other workers who are not as approachable. However, this is solely an eyebrow review. I cannot speak on any other services. Although Lynn is impersonal, she sculpts eyebrows to perfection for $6. Do not expect a friendly esthetician that will engage in idle chit chat. Once you sit in the chair, it is all about business. She will begin by waxing your eyebrows to a desired shape, shade them in with an eyebrow pencil, then she will finish with a razor to perfect the design. I was skeptical about the over sanitariness of the establishment, but if you are there for a quick eyebrow shaping, you will not feel uncomfortable for long. I have also noticed, that Lynn is making sure she uses antiseptic on razors after each client. If there is a line to see Lynn, it is definitely worth the wait. - FYI: Cash only...

This is such a low class nail salon. You get what you pay for! My first experience here was just as horrible as the first. Nick did my nails and both times I got dipped powder and each time my nails broke within the same day. I had to continually go back just to fix a nail and then not too long after the next one breaks. They use poor quality nail supplies and the customer service is horrible. The manager is rude and didn’t care when I brought my concerns and dissatisfaction to his attention both times. His reply was “What do you want me to do ?” Here’s a suggestion: How about you do your job as a manager and rectify the situation instead of acting like a pompous idiot who shouldn’t even own a business that you can’t even operate. Needless to say I’m never coming back. I gave Nick and the manager two chances and each time I was highly disappointed to...
