1st of allno one really calls parking garages for questionBUT I am TRULY invested in saving & having the correct amount of knowledge beingml Our travel is overnightNOT ONLY that when I spoke to Lady at Laura HotelShe was unable to provide enough information~š¤¦āāļøš¤¦āāļøš¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø
I did call Clay Garage Parking before calling Green Street Garage Parkingwho told me informationNOW I'm making a second call having Parking Garage Customer Service experiencekeep this in-mindbecause~
the IMMEDIATE difference is....~ Mr. Peter didNOT tell me informationHe asked questionsthen explainedthen made sure I COMPLETELY understood 1 examplewhen he explained about making reservationsMy thought reservation for Parking GarageHe solicited benefits of making reservationsHe also took the time to follow His own steps & walk Me throughHe knew answer before I even got thereby the way I Am Computer SavvyNOW IF You think about itmost people who do thisis doing this off of their memoryI could tell He was doing this at same time He was explainingmaking sure He conveyed precise detail informationallow Me time to ask question & have an understanding~
He also walked me STEP BY STEPI put that in ALL caps because at this pointI feel I could work as an employee for Green Street with the l time & effort Mr. Peter was giving~

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall itās easy to find parking spots here and makes it convenient for people not familiar with the area, However, the line to get out is very ridiculous you see time and time again because of where they layout The arrows on the ground in the parking lot thereās quite a few near collisions from that alone. To include the narrow parking spots which can lead to a lot of conflicts with how certain people are parking. From crashes happening from people, pulling out of the lot to scuffed and scratched cars from those parking in the area Youāre safe is bad if youāre parking here is the park on top and far away from any other car if you donāt want anything to happen to your own. I honestly think they should just redo the parking lines altogether so thereās more space between cars. Altogether, itās pretty clean camp you wonāt see many shady Individuals around and surveillance...

I was charged a fee for a validated ticket and have made numerous attempts to contact management (Scott and Brian). When I pressed the button for the operator they told me my only option was to either pay or reverse my car (while cars were coming down the ramp) and handle it with the vendor. I use services within this building for which I have complained to those businesses to ensure of what took place. I did not want to have to escalate but since I'm being ignored I will make the time to stay close to this and take it up as far...
