Macy's — Local services in Houston

What a fantastic and odd experiences I witnessed over a time at the CHANEL beauty counter. Macys Baybrook Mall it’s a nice place to shop. It is supper clean and have some of the brands that I love without the need to go and drive all away to the Houston area including CHANEL. There’s an elderly tall lady with dark short red hair that is never in a good mood. She is actually the one I’ve been seeing in that beauty counter for many years and to be sincere she is the problem I do not like to go there anymore. It’s being other ladies in the past but most of the time is her there by her self. I had so many bad experiences with that lady that I preferred to go to Dillards only for my Chanel skin care and makeup. But I am not here to complain I am here to left a good review. I want to let Macy’s top managers that thanks to the new associate at the beauty counter I found my new favorite person to go and not have to deal with the ugly actitud the tall lady always has. I was quite surprised with the new fresh and sweet breath of air Macy’s brought to the beauty counter. I asked her name because I had to let other people know that this new young lady named Nayeli it was such a pleasure to be back to my favorite place and have an outstanding conversation with her about my skin problems. She really listened and give me so many advices and I was as so impressed of how professional and sincere she was. I know this procura for a long time by now and the way she explained me how every single of those ingredients inside that bottle works on my skin levels was outstanding. I saw her and not the other tall lady, I decide to give Macy’s a chance to gain me back as one of your best costumers over the years. And by my surprise here I am again and I am so contented to be back to buy everything Nayeli recommended me. I hope Macys keep this new breath of fresh air in that area and not the old arrogant and hostile lady who can be a lit to pushy at the times. I never feel comfortable before but now I’m so happy and glad that I can go back to get my favorite skin care again without feeling awkward. I tried to say something about her ugly actitud many years ago but the lady that I talked too said she definitely would escalate the issues and thanked me to let her know. I don’t remember her name. She was very nice and look like she was pretty believable. Im glad I can spend my Christmas shopping one again at one of my favorite store in Friendswood. Love the DJ, the music , the happiness this store always so much awesome brands and products to offer that I preferred to do it all in only one place and I can tell that this year will be a pleasant time to me and my daughters to shop during the holidays like old times. Bought a $550 Swiss Army divers watch a year and a half ago with a 3 year warranty. 2 weeks ago the band broke and the watch stopped at the same time. Took it into Macys last week and they told me since I didn't purchase THEIR extended warranty, even know it has a 3 year manufacturer's warranty, they couldn't really do anything for me other than send it to their repair shop and I would have to pay for the services..... even though it's still under the 3 year manufacturer's warranty. In addition, it would be four to six weeks before I would have my watch back, minimum. After expressing my disappointment in this beings its a $550 watch, the lady kindly gave me a coupon to go to a repair shop within the mall. She was at least nice about it - just another example of a nice employee having their hands tied by the suits/crooks who makes these rules. When I went to the other repair shop within the mall, they told me that the battery simply needed to be replaced and they could fix the band, but it would void the warranty since they're not an authorized Swiss Army dealer. You would think that buying a $550 watch at Macy's, the place that sold it to you would take care of their customer and back their product. Just to let all of you know, they DON'T. So if you purchase something at Macy's like this, don't expect to back their product. Just assume that you're going to drop a bunch of money, and then have it break a little over a year later, and have them tell you they can't do anything for you. I will not be buying anything there again, nor will I continue to purchase the gift cards that I purchase on a regular basis, for friends, family...

It was the day of my graduation and I had to bring my 2 tiny children with me and only had a couple of hours to shop. I don’t really enjoy clothes shopping so it was very stressful I finally found my dress and needed shoes but I was cutting it very close on time. I parked by Macy’s and decided since it was on the way out I would stop and try to find some shoes. I was greeted by Rogelio and let me tell you he saved the day. I am not fashionable at all and I was stressed he asked if I needed help and I said yes in a defeated way. I opened my bag and said I need shoes to match this dress. Thinking he would just look at the color and find something that matched. He took out the dress and held it up and then let me tell you.... he went right to work he showed me lots of options that would work. He showed me not only shoes that would work with the dress but also ones that I could wear multiple times. He didn’t go for the most expensive shoes trying to get me to just spend money. He showed me practical shoes for my budget and for walking across the stage in. He was friendly and professional and didn’t waste any time! He made my Macy’s experience wonderful and he was fast. He brought me the shoes to try on and the first pair was too small. He didn’t miss a second and next thing I know he was bringing out the second pair. I can not tell you how important that was being with two tiny cranky children. Thank you Rogelio for saving the day.
