Do not purchase from this place. We went as two families and bought several items, including juice and chocolate. After drinking the juice, I checked the bottle and was shocked to see it had been expired for over a year! When we called, a lady initially denied it but then checked and confirmed it was expired. She said she would remove them and hung up.

After that, I went through our bags and discovered that almost all of the chocolate we bought was expired as well. We called again — the man apologized and refunded our friends for their expired items, but for less than what they actually paid, and we never even received a refund for ours.

This is completely unacceptable, unsafe, and unprofessional. Selling expired food — especially products that children could eat — is dangerous and irresponsible. Thank God the kids didn’t eat the chocolate. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place until they fix their practices and take food safety seriously.

In response: Also we were refunded after we left the review just to clarify this point. But that does not cover up for selling expired items and not just one but multiple. I was the one who called your store initially, and your employee’s reaction when I explained that I had consumed an expired drink was dismissive. I calmly stated that we didn’t want to escalate the issue or report it — we simply wanted to make you aware that the drink was expired. Her only response was that “there’s no way” and that she’d remove it from the shelf. She never offered a refund or showed any concern for the fact that I had already consumed the product.

After checking the rest of our purchases, we discovered that multiple items were expired — not just one. This included a bag purchased for a 10-year-old child. Had we not checked, someone could have gotten sick. I also have medical issues, and consuming a drink that was expired for nearly a year could have seriously affected my health.

Naturally, once we realized how many expired items we were sold, we were upset — anyone would be in that situation. This wasn’t about being “aggressive”; it was about genuine concern for safety.

Referring to the situation as “disappointing” minimizes how serious it actually was. Selling expired food and drinks is not a minor issue — it’s a health and safety risk. I could have easily reported the matter to the health department but instead chose to handle it directly.

Lastly, I am fully within my rights to leave honest reviews about my experiences at any business. If I were in your position, I would focus on correcting the mistake and ensuring this never happens again rather than trying to discredit a customer who was sold expired products.

Worst customer service ever! Keep changing the price for each customer, they keep raising prices I got something for 7.99 a pound, the second day they change it to my sister for 9.99!! Literally the next day. Got a big pack of chips for my kids and it was expired so look at the stuff before purchasing or maybe open a pack and taste it!

Am not trying to harm your store by reviewing your store am trying to let people be aware of your behavior first of all and maybe by giving you the intention you will provide a better customer service for your clients, because even the attitude was rude when I was at your store !
