After my review went public, we were contacted by Noel, this time by their store manager, who was friendly and showed the professionalism we were expecting from such store. She visited us at home and could evaluate the situation - again, showing the professionalism we were expecting. Conclusion: Noel promptly agreed to change the table and gave us an option to pick something from store or order a new one. We picked something from the store and are happy with the final outcome, but I wish we haven’t had such hassle to get things resolved properly. 4 stars now, waiting the delivery of our chairs. Time will tell!

I am writing this review to express my truly and huge disappointment with Nöel.
I have NEVER thought I would spend almost $20.000 and have the kind of treatment from the customer service.
We bought a Italian travertino dinning table that cracked.
We NEVER used the table because we were not able to.
We have no chairs, how could we use it? They questioned us about it! The coworker questioned about it! And WE ALWAYS answered WE DIDNT USED OR MOVED THE TABLE.
The is a crack on it that goes from side to side and it is not our fault!
Last week we received an email from the customer service where the lady says we should contact the warranty service and say that it was an accidental damage, that it cracked when we were moving the table!
How could we call and make a false statement?????? It that really the right thing to do?????
How could we call and say something that NEVER EVER HAPPENED?
I cant even imagine how someone send an email asking us to make the false statement!
When we asked about the table warranty not an accident the response from the customer service was: we can not do anything about it!
Nöel should replace the cracked table! It is not our fault! The manufacturer should replace it not the warranty company (after hearing a false statement).

Read moreMy Sister and I arrived at Noel Furniture at 6:01 p.m., and much to our chagrin the store closed at 6:00. We stood at the door and looked through the window staring at the amazingly beautiful furniture. Believe it or not, a young lady came to the door and asked if we wanted to come in and look around. In a word, we were "stunned." The young lady's name is Carolyn, and she is by far one of the most extraordinary member of a three-person EXCEPTIONAL team of outstandingly customer-service oriented individuals (R.C., Carolyn, & McKenzie). Once inside, Carolyn walked around answering our questions, and then the fabulous Mr. R. C. Noel joined us and gave my Sister and me a tour of the full showroom (upstairs as well). R.C. is amazing; his love of all things furniture-oriented is compelling, impressive, and infectious. Next day, I returned to the store and purchased a sectional and bar stools. Wow!! I can't wait to see them in my home. Here's what I know for sure: There is no furniture store with Noel's quality of products or the exceptional R.C, Carolyn, & McKenzie. I definitely will return. Read moreAs young professionals in Houston, walking into a luxury furniture store can be intimidating. You are immediately greeted at the door and told someone will be with you soon. As you walk around looking at the furniture with expensive price tags, you immediately start back pedaling in your mind and trying to find the quickest escape route. Two main reasons why I'm thankful that didn't happen is 1. we met Carmen Barone and 2. we found what we are looking for. Upon immediate interaction with Carmen, she is one of the nicest people who makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is very professional, and her main priority/focus is helping you find what you want. After several months of looking, she found us exactly what we wanted. The bedroom furniture we picked was not anything they had on the floor, but she knew exactly where to find it online. She took her time with us and was very patient. Never once did she try to rush us or make us feel like we had to buy. In the future, we will use Noel Furniture again. I am hoping Carmen will still be there to help us with our future home purchases and interior design. Thank you Carmen for being so wonderful....
