I went to this location TWICE in one day. Here is my ongoing experience:
Morning Drive-thru: This is the fourth time this location has messed up a simple order.
I asked for American Cheese and still got Pepper Jack. If you look down at a review from TWO days ago, the same thing happened to him.
There’s a disconnect between the drive-thru and the kitchen staff. I don’t even have the time to deal with the attitude I get from the older Hispanic ladies when I come back and ask them to fix it.
Dinner Dine-In: I ordered the meal from the 20th table from the app to avoid human errors this morning. I placed my order with my family (who dragged me back there) with ease. We ate Chick-Fil-A so much that I wanted something different. No fries. Kale Crunch Side Salad and dressing to go with the side salad. Sounds great, but there’s no option to order salad dressing on the side. I searched the app, but nothing. Your app requires me to request a salad for almost ten bucks before choosing a salad dressing. Well, I have a bright idea; I’ll ask the lovely attendant when they bring the food. Wrong.
Upon asking for salad dressing, the Hispanic attendant simply replied, “no,” No? No what? I can not order salad dressing for my meal, or can I not have salad dressing with my meal? When I asked, she replied, “hold on, wait, please.” She returned and said, “ no, it’s not on the ticket.” Well, I know and understand that; my question was, “could I have an order of creamy salsa dressing.” I never said I didn’t receive it; I simply requested it.
She brings a manager in training over to talk to me. While unnecessarily assertive, he processed to tell me I didn’t order a salad. While not technically accurate, I understand what they are TRYING to say. But I think they missed my point. I want salad dressing and am willing to pay for it, and it’s being denied to me. Why?
Long story short, I matched his assertiveness and doubled down on my request. He says I’ll have to pay. WELL, DUH…that’s what I’ve been saying this whole time! He asks me to leave my seat and come to the front. As I mentioned earlier, I avoid the front on purpose. I declined his request and handed him $1 for the dressing. He goes back, pays for it, and brings me the dressing. All while two attendants and a manager in training are surrounding my table. What a day for...
Read moreOriginally, all i did was give this Chick-fil-A 5 stars...no written review...Most of us have heard how great in general ChikfilA service is overall compared to all other fast food establishments. We know. So...Does anyone REALLY need to read the reviews about ChikfilA? However, I now think this is an especially exceptional location and deserves alot more than 5 stars. I have been a frequent customer for about 5 years here. I am a huge fan now of ChikfilA and it is almost solely because of this one specific location. I actually never even wanted to try a sandwich no matter how great my friends said ChikfilaA was. I had a friend contemplating buying one so I even looked up the cooking process. Nope. Did not want to try a ckn sandwich with a pickle. When I thought fast food I thought burgers. lol. That was UNTIL I tried a ChikfilA sold outside from a tent, amongst some other food trucks at an event at Lakewood Church because nothing else really appealed to me and it was the shortest line... I do like chicken. I was amazed at how crispy and piping hot the sandwich was. I tried the sauces but I like it plain. So, I went to the restaurant, tried more stuff. I should also comment I special order my food and drinks. Alot. No salt, sub pepperjack cheese add lettuce and tomato on my sandwich...oh...on my salad I order the avocado dressing and get the red pepper flakes that usually come with the side salad, pumpkin seeds, reg ckn patty not the spicy and usually no other sprinkles or silverware..alot of times I get an extra side salad just to add making my salad super huge since I am apparently addicted to the avocado lime dressing and red bell pepper flakes and hey, who doesnt need more romaine vitamin K? I pass up burgers now for it, lol. And, as difficult as it is they have ALWAYS gotten my salad right ! Its so perfectly yummy ! AND FAST ! I feel like they make our food in approx 1 minute. After visiting countless other ChikfilA locations all across the United States... I have found NONE to match this 3 lane speedzone in accuracy, politeness, extra extra order taker people (usually the mgrs) at ALL points of entrance when needed, and community commitment. Read moreThere are plenty Chick-fil-A in the area please choose another one! I have had too many bad interactions with this one for reason I have no clue about. The workers are majority Hispanic so I don’t know if it’s a language barrier. I have been to plenty of Chick-fil-A with majority speaking Spanish and still no problem. On Nov 8th There was a incident where I went to pick up an mobile order in the inside and wanted to place an additional order and I was standing at the register where all the workers looked at me and was speaking Spanish and no one took the order until the manager in a red button up came and attempted to take my order and I was like it’s ok. I ignored that incident because I blamed it on being busy, when I was walking out the door there when to look like chic fil a corporate people coming in the door for a visit. I just got in the line outside to place my order.
On TODAY 11/20/2023 I chose to use my birthday reward for a free Entree and get some more items along with that!. I had also a free delivery reward to go with that. I placed the order for delivery and told that the delivery won’t be until 1:16 pm and I placed the order at 11:21. My coworker decided to eat the same thing and she was going to pick her food up so she won’t have to wait. So I called to see if I was able to switch from delivery to pick up and MADOLINE stated that I would have to cancel my order and make a payment at the restaurant. I told her it’s ok to keep it as delivery because I wouldn’t have the reward and I will have to wait for the money to go back on my card. I received a text stating that my order can’t be delivered and to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant back and she said that MADOLINE told her to cancel the order. On the app it is still saying right now that the order is still being prepared. The money was taken out of my account and my birthday reward is still gone. I am a signature member so getting free food is not why I’m doing this!! I have spent PLENTY of money with Chickfila. This location needs to get it together and clear the language barrier. I however still need my money back because you guys got your money and i didn’t get any food please...
