My daughter was discriminatedad and humiliated while riding the carousel. She entered and got on one of the animals to ride. She was waiting for the ride to start when she was told she was to big to ride. She had to leave while the rest of our party rode the ride. I was going to get off in protest but was unable to as the ride began before I could get off. I read the sign with the rules and guidelines too see if there was any indication of size of a person in order to ride, there was nothing posted about the size requirements. I asked the worker why my daughter was body shamed and I was told it was due to the possilby of the animals breaking As I was ducussing the issue with the worker I observed a man that was just as big as my daughter riding. I poined that out and he had no answer other than his original answer. I believe that if your carousel has a weight limit to ride it should be listed on the sign as you enter the ride. I am very angry that my daughter's feelings were hurt and that she was embarrassed and body shamed. If this is your policy then it should be listed in your rules and guidelines.
