The firm is very professional, excellent service and a true trial law firm. I was in an accident , with a commercial vehicle . I contacted Buzbee law firm and Peter Taffee & Crystal Del Toro took my case & we got settlement 3 times more than initially offered by insurance company. I had to see a orthopedic spine surgeon after no improvement in my back pain and they were able to send all LOP's in timely fashion , so I could see the surgeon. After I finished treatment the made a demand and insurance company didn't accept the demand . They filed a law suit conducted depositions, interviews, discoveries, and established fault and liability of the other party. Few months before the trial , we settled during a mediation . I have been to other Personal Injury attorneys and can truly believe they are very competent lawyers that practice with high level of ethics and integrity . After being referred to a law firm with presumably fake google reviews, I realize I had wasted my time and patience looking around for good personal injury attorneys. A lot of them have terrible communication, answering services where the person on the other end barely speaks English or just lack of experience. Not the case at the Buzbee office. So I am not quite sure what these people are smoking but yesterday I received a notice in my mailbox saying that I a certified letter was waiting for me at my post office, which is 10 miles away from me. Never had anything like this happen before either. I had contacted this law firm months ago for a personal situation and they told me they couldn’t assist me to which I said was fine. NEVER CONTACTED THEM AGAIN. This is so completely bizarre but extremely inappropriate and unnecessary especially for someone that suffers from PTSD. I do consider this 100% harassment.
