Starbucks — Restaurant in Houston

Walked in and was greeted as if the Barista did not want to be serving today. So when I approached the counter I told Conner "hey how are you this morning" x2 and he responded by telling me "what can I get you?" I scrolled through my phone to confirm my friends order and he asked me an additional 3 times "what can I get you?" I felt rushed so u told him "one moment " he proceeded to ask again and I had to relay to him again "one moment". I went to the bathroom and when I came back out to the lobby I waited for my drinks. Never didn't either Barista announced that my drink was ready. I had to go to the pick up and assume if drinks were mine. The name on the drinks was "Anthony" when I said were these mine the other Barista told me it's in the system wrong. Conner never asked me my name and to name me Anthony sounds like it was driven by some prejudice that he had against me. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, Sunday 5/24/2021. no one paid attention to me. There was a young lady trying to look busy as to not greet me and my boyfriend. The two gentlemen were talking amongst themselves. As soon as a Caucasian gentleman came in, someone finally showed up at the pick up station. A young man, walked up to the register and asked if we were ready to order. We informed him, we were there for a pickup. To which magically the young lady , who was just so busy, could hear. We were handed our order and I looked at it and it was wrong, i asked for no whip, it is clearly on the sticker and there was a mountain of Whip cream. My boyfriend returns to the counter to ask for a remake, she still half did my drink. It was horrible. I was pretty excited to try the Strawberry funnel cake Frapp. I will NOT be returning to this location. That was terrible...

Recently renovated, but still a bit odd inside. This location seems to always be a little unkempt when we visit...like it wasn't cleaned from the day before or the last rush. Service is poor as compared to other Starbucks. Not very efficient and nor quick depending on the barista of the day. I prefer the 9807 Katy Frwy location. It's clean, they've got a clover machine for specialty roasts and baristas tend to be well experienced.

Update 2016/06/26: Each time we are there they forget to remove the cheese from our order, although the tag and receipt both state no cheese. It's as if they don't or can't follow instructions. We have witnessed multiple other patrons complaining of slow service and incorrectly prepared drinks. Quite disappointing. We only come here on the weekend, as our exercise studio is almost next door. We will be considering driving to another one...
