I would like to share my disappointment in my custom order for $336.00, I placed on Oct 25th with Felicia. I picked up yesterday at 2 and I could not believe the art on the cookies. In all honesty they look like a toddler scribbled the picture. The lady in the bakery was very kind and sweet. She did her best to right this wrong. She allowed us to pick some cookies from the case as a replacement for what I received. I was so focused on the cookie with the machine that when I got home I saw the others. The inconsistencies on the writing is not in line with what I expected from what I’ve seen on instagram. In fact, many have commented on the lovely penmanship on your cookies. See the atrached photo the Q’s look terrible. The silver color lettering is smeared on many as in the 3rd picture. I sent my logo for reference. When I spoke to Felicia she described a pretty picture of what my order would be. Had I known that is what I was getting, I would have told her to just slap my logo on edible sugar sheets. Read moreI never thought cookies could taste this good 😋😋😋 I was walking to City Centre from my house and it just so happened that I walk by them. We entered for a peak and decided to stop by on our way back , after dinner. This is probably the only place in Houston that is worth the price you pay for a cookie. I had the double chocolate and salt cookie, the snickerdoodle cookie and he grinche suga cookie. They also made me a decaf latte.
The cookies mealted in my mouth. They were absolutely amazing. They just opened 2 weeks ago. Hayley has a few stores in Austin and this is her first store in Houston.
I’m 100% positive this place is going to become a smashing success with the memorial moms!
It’s now my only go to place for coffee, cakes...

I was in the shop for almost a minute before they even realized I was inside and wasn’t even greeted. When I was looking at selections, the one girl just kept staring at me like she was annoyed that I was taking so long. Not very friendly at all and left with a cookie and banana bread because I felt rushed. The chocolate chip cookie was ok, but the banana bread was horrible! Very mushy on the top and couldn’t eat it. Will not...
