Kohl's — Local services in Howland Township

I like Kohl's it's a nice store very clean I always go in there once a year to shop for towels that be on sale the only downfall for me is I feel a little uncomfortable because they always have somebody to come off the register and follow me I'm just looking at the towels to see what color I would like to get because I have so many colors and I didn't want to repeat the same color sometimes so I take my time and look and see what new style or what color I want they always trying to act as if they're trying to do price check in or something but they really be watching me as every single time I do that once a year they always take a person off the register and they will come and follow me up and down aisles that has towels and I can't believe that I wonder if I could turn the tables around and followed it one of those ladies around while they're doing their shopping and see if they will be...

I spend a lot of money at Niles, Ohio Kohl’s because I do not like JCPenney but I have to tell you JCPENNEY has exceptional customer service as opposed to Kohl’s in Niles Ohio. I went to Kohls in Thursday and I was in housewares talking to my husband that I couldn’t find strainers and a associate was putting stock out never said hello but that is not unusual for this store because I always have to go up to them to ask a question. I proceeded to checkout and I usually have a good experience there except for today she was rude and I will never shop there again because of my experience today. I worked retail for 40 years I know how customers can be I am not one of them but very disappointed...

Here's a little secret. If you shop on Amazon like 95% of the rest of the world, at some point you're going to return something. Opt to return it to Kohl's. If you return it to Kohl's they give you $5 store credit that's good for about a week to 10 days. Personally what I do is after I return anything I immediately Hit up the clearance section and find a shirt, or anything that's marked down so much that they're just trying to get it off the books, and use my Kohl's cash that day.
