My wife ordered food for her and her niece last night from this location and I had the delight of picking it up. As I return home and luckily my wife took a bite first instead of her niece, whom is pregnant. The meat was raw and mushy. I called to tell them about food not being properly cooked and was met with an attitude from this worker, whose name I believe is Sergio, with that I always order food from them and something is always wrong with my order. Not to mention that we haven’t ordered food from them in a long time because the last time my wife ordered no tomatoes and there was tomatoes all over meal. So he almost sounds like he was refusing to remake our order because we were just trying to get free food. I told him that I’m not about to sit on the fight and argue over Pennie’s and dollars for a meal that I can easily afford but instead I would like to bring in burritos with raw meat for them to see. He swears up and down that they have seasoning that makes the meat appear red. I explain that it’s brown on the outside but when you bite into it, the meat isn’t cooked. So anyways my wife and her niece go up to restaurant to get refund that we had to pry out of him because his manager wasn’t available and urged us to return the following morning to get our refund. He claimed to be the assistant manager on the phone. Apparently when my wife and her niece arrived, Sergio then claimed to be the manager and the store owner. I will never in my life do business with these crooks again. Even the workers behind the manager and that were in the store were claiming that the meat was raw. Sergio swore up and down that they use the same meat for all patrons and not one complaint yet. Not to mention, meal was $25 and they returned $15 to my wife and was rude to all parties involved. If your servers can’t handle customer interaction or give good customer service, then they shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry. When we did ask for anything, we kept getting the incorrect items and the server gave me a look as if I didn’t ask for it to begin with that was like this “🤨”. I don’t see how it is the customers’ fault that your servers are hard of hearing. Also, bathrooms were absolutely DISGUSTING. There is a weird coloring of the baseboards and the bottom of the door, dirty floors, and a disgusting smell within the bathroom. One of my family members ordered a meal that they’ve gotten before (Toro Salad) and it was nothing like how it was before. The chicken was hard, full of onions, and nasty overall… I had gotten the fajitas texanas (shrimp, steak, and chicken) and it was very bland and nasty. Spoke to the manager as he was going by about all of the issues going on including the bathrooms and the manager just nonchalantly said sorry about that and continued to go on about his way. Read moreTerrible carry out experience!!! No care at all.I usually have a great experience at this location but not tonight! Ordered 2 dinners and dip. Asked specifically if they gave enough chips for 2 people. I was told they would. They gave us 13 chips in a small brown bag for 2 dinners and a cheese sauce with something disgusting all over the top. One dinner wrong. I called and told them I was coming back. When I get there they argue with me I got the right chips and if I want a bigger bag I should have asked. I explained I get carryout there 2 times a week and have never gotten 13 chips ever. He kept arguing with me. This is the manager arguing with me. He finally brings out new chips in white bag and says this is what they give and if want more I need to pay more. I tell him that is not what I got. I received tiny brown bag with 13chips. He calls me a liar. I show him a picture of them and he says " I cant control what they do back there. I just bring out the bags". I ask him if he if is the manager of the restaurant and he says yes. I tell him that he is responsible for his teams training and that they should be checking orders before they go out. People do not want to drive in 15 minutes and then home 15 to find out the restaurant made it wrong and doesnt care what they give you. He asked what I wanted so I would leave.
