I do not recommend going here. We received a couple of items from Christmas that were way too big. Unfortunately, the tag said Large and as my husband tried it on they were huge. We went up to Rally House to simply exchange the item or return if we could. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a polite lady working the front and I also see the exact hoodie on the rack in the front. When we got to the registers there was an older man there. We said hi and advised him we’d like to do an even exchange or return for I store credit. He immediately looked annoyed and said “ do you have a receipt “. I advised I did not as it was a Christmas gift. We could possibly get it from the buyer/ gifter if needed. I advised we did remove the tag off the hoodie and we had the full tag sitting there unattached but the pants had the tag on. He said “ we don’t normally return without a receipt SIGH I’ll make an exception “. We said okay that would be great. He spent 5 minutes taking down all my husband’s information. He then took the sweatshirt and moved it all around and loudly said “ is there not a tag on this?!” I said no, sorry. Like I said he took the tag off, put it on and then we realized it was all too bit. The pants have the tag on though. He then states “ I can’t return this! Well…. Let me see” so at this point can you or can you not? This is a clearly uncomfortable that he keeps switching his mind. I worked retail for many year and you can type in the inside tag. So anyway he tries to type it in and then says “ we don’t even sell these items! They’re not from here!” Very loudly. And then shoved the items over to my husband. His attitude was beyond uncalled for. The items that you guys “didn’t have” sat right in front of the store as you turned to the right. I was not going to argue with someone that clearly was either having a bad day or doesn’t know his policy or store inventory. He treated us as if we...

1 star due to the way I was treated from KAYLA-Manager. I do no live in the area, passing through and picked up a shirt for my friend. The signal transmitter was left on the shirt. I had to make an “out of the way trip” for it to be removed. Gas, Time and frustration.

Kayla made no apologies for her team but proceeded to tell me how she lived “far away too” rolling her eyes. I believe she MISSED my entire point and certainly doesn’t seem to understand the basics of customer service.

Very nice and clean store. Workers very friendly. I hope they can get woman shirts in and in plus sizes. I was disappointed that I couldn't find 2 or 3 x shirts in men or women. We were looking for Kentucky and Cleveland stuff. So glad you all have it in the store. Prices a little high for what the economy is right now. But we'll be back to buy some UK and Cleveland stuff. I would love some Greenbay Packers lady's shirt for my self. I also would buy from a store then...
