Ordered online, order cancelled without an email nor any communication. Order was placed at 8:42 am for this store ( I know the other one is closed, the app also would not let me make that mistake as it listed the brandt pike location as not accepting mobile orders) When I placed my order I had the amount debited from my account, the order was marked as received, an hour later, wondering where my food is I check the app to see it was cancelled. Reason was not listed, I did not receive a notification, nor an email, just sitting here twiddling my thumbs waiting for some food for my family, ( i don't usually do TB breakfast, just my son earned some after doing a chore I asked him to complete).
I called the store, they told me they have no method of determining why the order was cancelled, nor can they cancel the order. As the conversation went I placed her on speakerphone ( in hindsight i have a loud echoing room so that was a bad call) I was audibly frustrated with her as she explained that they cannot see the order, canceld the order, only accept it and make it. This told me that Taco Bell employees failed to accept my order in a timely fashion so the POS on their end cancelled the order. SHe had offered I come in to the store and they would make the food for me, I stated if I come in I'll be charged a second time for the order, she did nothing to refute that statement, which indicates to me that this store in particular does not do mobile ordering and intentionally avoids them.
If I could of drove down there and ordered my own food I would have ( and even then honestly with the traffic on troy pike, that'd be an emotional dilemma to convince myself. )
No refund offered, No Compromises ( except come down here order it again and THEN we'll make it), and an apology through gritted teeth because she just couldn't admit they messed something up.
Perhaps forgot to update inventory so the product requested wasn't available in store but was listed available in app, Perhaps failed to accept the online order on the BUMP system in the back, or more than likely, decided they didn't want to do it because they're too busy at the store to mess with mobile orders.

The girl at the drive thru didn’t even turn her mic off before beginning to complain about “her dad and her life” and then when we asked for a certain type of griller our screen was not correct and she didn’t ask if it was correct. She rushed us through before we could even correct her. That’s when we heard her STILL on the mic complaining. When we got up to the window we said “hey we think the griller you had on screen is incorrect” and they were absolutely rude, insisting that we were rude. They kept telling us it was “the same one” and we were just trying to make sure our door dash order was correct for our customer because we knew it wasn’t the same one. Honestly, they were just being lazy and didn’t want to make the correct order. The lady at the window was unprofessional and she got so frustrated, did not ask if we wanted a receipt.
