Panera Bread — Restaurant in Huber Heights

Got here a little before 8. It took someone a while to come out and then they told someone else to take our order. The girl who took the order obviously didn't care about us as she didnt smile, say thank you, or ask us what we wanted for sides. I ordered a mac n cheese. It came out ice cold. I took it back and let them know. They proceeded to set it down and go in the back. She finally came back out and threw it in the microwave. Now it was hot on the edges and cold in the center, plus the crunchy onions were now soggy, so I took it back again and told them it needed to be remade. The girl mom mumbled what I think was an apology and remade another lukewarm dish with barely any onions. Obviously a half hearted attempt since I had upset her. I was tired of asking for it to be remade, so I ate the cold dish. As i was standing there i saw a sign that said accuracy matters and that you would get a treat if something was wrong and they would fix it. They didn't fix it. They made me feel like an invaluable customer. I also didnt get a treat, not that I care, I really just wanted hot food. I have been to many Panera breads across the country and I have never been treated so badly. Bad form, Panera! We will not be spending $11 on cold...

I'm so irritated with this place! They don't even deserve one star! On my way to work I ordered the chicken and rice soup. When I got there, I was told he got the days mixed up and they don't have that soup today. I didn't have time to reorder anything because I had to get to work. So for lunch, i decided to try again and order the baked potato soup...i placed an online order and went to pick it up. i get there and guess what...THERE ISN'T ANYMORE BAKED POTATO SOUP! All i wanted was some damn soup because my mouth is still in pain from going to the dentist this morning. It was now 7:30 and I have yet to have any food. I'm starving! so i settle for the chicken noodle soup. i get to my car and guess what...I DON'T HAVE MY BREAD! I am so done with the place. It is nothing but a bunch of little kids, playing around. They cant contact customer's ahead of time? My second time in one day, driving there and not getting what I ordered. Not to mention my chicken noodle soup was nothing but broth and a little bit of carrots! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I will...

I was a bit taken back about the whole experience beginning with finding the place. It is set back behind a mattress store and I never really noticed it's existence until my HOA had a meeting there. I've been to a few Panera Restaurants before but this one was by far different than the others. I can't really complain too much about my sandwich because I'm not sure if it comes a standard way. If I'd known, I would have had them leave all the honey mustard off of it. Then I wasn't told after paying that I was supposed to move to a different part of the store to get my order. After standing there a while I noticed people getting trays at a window near by. I was just not impressed at all at the way the staff behaved. The cashier wasn't friendly or helpful & the person serving the trays was just saying enjoy your meal without any eye contact at all. Needs adjustments in order to thrive...
