Burlington — Local services in Huber Heights

Had the worse shopping experience. My friend and I decided to go Christmas shopping here. As we shopped through the wrecked store that was already frustrating when you can barely get through the aisles because stuff is all over the floor! Anyways, we did find a lot and spent over $700, so lots of items only to be told at checkout that they didn’t have any large bags only small ones. So half our stuff wasn’t even in a bag. BUT then being told at the door to leave that you can’t take your shopping cart to your car!!! Ridiculous! How is one supposed to carry all their things to their car? Burlington are you trying to get people to spend less so they are able to get their bought items to their car? No shopping carts allowed out of the store to your car would be good to know before people shop that way I could have turned around and spent my money somewhere else! What a hassle! Ridiculous! The assistant manager loudly yelled “The Cart can’t go out!” so embarrassing! I felt like I was being treated like a thief all for trying to get my cart full of bought items to my car!! This is such an inconvenience to your shoppers and Large bags would have been helpful as well!!! I will shop somewhere else where spending my money is a...

Where do I even begin. We just moved down here so this was my first time here and I came here with my 2 littles ones alone and I didn’t feel safe. Every time I turned around there was a security guard standing there. I get up the security cause people do steal, but please don’t be breathing down my neck while I shop with my kids. It made feel so uncomfortable . Get more cameras or but more locks on the stuff but to have someone staring people down like that no thank you. Then when I’m trying to leave the one security guard at the door was talking to someone. You have a it blocked to we’re you can’t return the cart so I figure I’d just walk out and go in the other side to return it . Nope sound went off and cart lock then he said I couldn’t take it out….. that was embarrassing. You could have said something before I tried to walk out the door or don’t have the exit blocked off. Closed early tonight too, 12/29/23, store hours online say open till 11:30pm, automated store information when you call the store says open till 11:30pm today, and the hours on their doors say close at 11pm on Monday-Friday, and 11:30pm on Saturday & Sunday. Makes no sense! I attached their sign below, I got there about 10 till 11pm, they were closed. ‐-------------------------------------‐------------------------------------- The past 2 days I have went at 9pm and they have been closed with a sign on the door. Drive all the way out here to see a sign on the door that they closed over 2 plus hours early. ‐-------------------------------------‐------------------------------------- CLOSED EARLY AGAIN, DROVE 30 MINUTES TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE, AND SIGN SAYS THEY CLOSED @ 8:30pm. 11/8/23 I always call before I come to check hours and it said nothing about closing early.
