Only giving a 1 star review because 0 isn't an option. Whatever you do, DO NOT let these people send out your jewelry for maintenance and or repair. They have completely butchered my wife's wedding band. It has been sent out 5 times now, and still looks horrible. This was originally brought in just for the normal checkup to maintain the warranty since it was purchased there. Everytime she gets it back, it's a whole other issue that wasn't there before. They apparently have no idea what quality control is. I don't think they even look at things before they call and tell you it's ready for pickup. You would think after 5 times of being sent out, they would make an effort to make sure it's right before telling you it's ready. Needless to say, we are very disappointed and will never do any business with them again. I have a feeling we're going to have to spend quite a bit of money with a more reputable jeweler to get her ring right again.

Update 12/7/2021: They have proven me wrong. This time it came back and looked wonderful. I wish this is how we could have picked it up the first time. But it is what is. Went in with my fiance to find a bridal set. They were SO unhelpful. When I walked in, there were people standing around. It was middle of the week so they weren't that busy, and we were barely greeted. Rather than being asked what we were looking for I had to approach someone and ask where the sets were. The lady who directed us didn't bother asking what style of ring I liked, nor did she ask a budget, or really any questions. She just started pulling expensive big rings out of the case and putting them on my finger. None of which were what I was looking for. So we left and went to a different store, a sister store, where they actually asked me numerous questions and found me the most PERFECT ring. I definitely will not go back to this...

I used Kay Jewelers for my wife's bridal set awhile back, with the lifetime insurance. Every time they have been very lenient with cleaning and keeping up on it. This year for a Christmas present, my daughter bought me a watch that was a little too big for my wrist. I called and talked to Josh to see if I could get it sized and how much it would cost. He was very gracious and let me know it would be free of charge but they also were running a donation for St. Jude. Upon arrival, the store was slammed, front to back. A nice gentleman by the name of Houston approached me and got me all set up very quickly. I recommend this jeweler to whomever is looking for fast and efficient work. Very professional also.
