This used to be my favorite store. But the last time I came, the owner was so rude. I was buying a dress with no price, and the person helping me verified the price. When I went to the cashier, the owner started charging me $10 more than what the price was. I asked her why was she charging me more. She said this dress is not the price I was told. She could have told me before she charged me, but instead she gave me attitude. She started pointing out another dress that nobody mentioned, nor did I ever see. She rudely asked me what dress did I want? Literally with this really bad tone. I said the one I tried on which is the one that you are holding. I have no idea why she was mentioning another dress that I did not try on. She didn’t apologize for being rude. Nor did she apologize for her employee making a mistake. I think her attitude could have been better since she is the owner and I was the customer paying. There was also a man trying to come in with a stroller, and she rudely told him to leave the stroller behind. The man said, what if they steal my child? He is sleeping right now. Again, she really said I’m not talking about your child. I’m talking about your stroller. She could have been nicer and said I apologize, but those are our rules. Never once did she apologize to the customers for being so rude and disrespectful. I’m not complaining about rules and I’m not complaining about prices but if you make a mistake as the owner, you need to be nicer and professional to the customers buying...

My friend asked for a medium dress, but the salesperson insisted she should try a large instead. Despite my friend knowing her size, she decided to try on the large just in case, and surprise, it was way too big! Even the medium fit her loosely, but she decided to go with it. However they only allowed 4 items for try on and only 1 trip to fitting room. When I asked about the policy they did not have an explanation. I am traveling from another state and Find it inconvenient and nonsensical to come back to return items. I was looking forward to buying more clothing pieces but I needed to try on before purchase.
