I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Grogans is! I own multiple pieces of their jewelry and have always been impressed with their quality and the friendliness of their staff. However, my most recent experience with them, specifically Adriana, was truly exceptional.

After my engagement ring was stolen, I was heartbroken. But Grogans came to the rescue and helped me replace it. From the moment I walked into their store, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly attentive and made me feel like a valued customer.

I had the pleasure of working with Adriana to replace my engagement ring, as well as another piece of stolen jewelry. She listened to my needs and preferences and helped me find the perfect replacement ring. What really stood out to me was her level of care and compassion. She understood how important this ring was to me and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Adriana is knowledgeable, professional, and very fun to work with. She truly overshadowed the unfortunate situation to make this a memorable and sentimental experience.

To top it all off, Grogans was able to deliver my new ring just in time for wedding dress shopping! It was such a relief to have this beautiful new ring after such a difficult experience and this is not the first time Grogans has gone out of their way to make my day. I am especially thankful now for when they resized my ring last year in time for the holidays after I first got engaged.

Horrible experience with this store. My boyfriend went here to purchase an engagement ring for me. They did a good job of helping him pick out the diamond and setting, but once they received payment the service went down hill quick. They placed a large diamond in a cheap silver band for him to propose to me (the one he picked was on order) other jewelry stores place such a large purchase in a real band so it would not hurt the diamond or even lose it. The store claimed the band arrived and they would set it, but they placed the diamond in the wrong setting without even checking, it looked horrible! They then ordered the correct one and placed the diamond back into the cheap band, but this time the diamond was placed so crooked it was a shame to say a professional mounted it. I then stepped in and asked for a refund and took our business elsewhere. This was an absolute nightmare to deal with during this special time in our lives. Keep in mind the store offered us nothing in return for the week we spent dealing with their mess ups! I would never recommend anyone to do business here, management and quality control doesn’t exist...

Absolutely the best! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and unparalleled in customer service.

To be a little more specific an error occured with my fiancée's ring, to be exact Fedex failed to pick it up from the Florence store. Instead of a, "welp Fedex will pick it up the following day" attitude the sales associates finished her work shift and then drove to Athens and back just so my fiancée could have her ring back as promised.

We have dealt with other jewerly stores in Huntsville none of them had that attitude like Grogans did. Once these other jewelry stores had made the sale they were apathetic to any issues we had with the sizing of the ring and the fact that the rodium wore off (in less than a month after purchasing the ring) We had the protection package for the ring which made no difference with the other store.

I am glad Grogan was there for us when we came to them. They listened and were able to fix our issues with the ring. When an error did occur during this transaction (Fedex not picking up our ring) they went above and beyond to fix it and made sure we were happy.
