Cassie B(store manager)was very rude. I drove 45 min to Pandora store to get my bracelet looked at because my charms were turning colors & to purchase a charm for my friend for her birthday & charms for my 10 year old daughter bracelet for Christmas. I was in the store around 4:52 pm mind you they donāt close until 9pm. I went in & she told me I needed my bracelet deep cleaned told me the reason they are turning because I donāt wear it a lot. Then told me she didnāt have time to clean it to come back in January or March to clean it when itās not around a holiday. And to not come in February because of Valentines Day. Mind you they were not even busy. I have never had this experience with pandora. And she is the store manager. Not only that she told me they didnāt have a lot of charms due to the holiday & she sold 15,000 today & gave me a brochure told me to let my lil girl circle the ones she liked. Mind you this is a Christmas gift which I told her so why would I do that. She basically just didnāt want to help me & turned me away. I will never let her assist me again. Itās a way you go by things & how you talk to people. If you donāt want to do your job then find another one.I ended up purchasing a charm for my friend because I needed it for Sunday. And she didnāt even offer me the spend $150 get free bracelet like she did the couple I let go ahead of me. She rung me up & sent me on my way didnāt even say thank you...

I had been looking at some and wanted to know the price so I went and asked at the counter and the lady was SO NICE and even sized my finger since I didnāt know for sure my size. She asked if I wanted to try anything on and I told her I would love to but Iām wasnāt gonna be purchasing anything. She said that was perfectly ok and I felt bad for wasting her time but she said itās what she loves to do and I had a really good conversation with her. She helped me find the ring that I absolutely fell in love with. I didnāt even know it existed but it was the perfect promise ring for me. She let me try on so many rings to see which one I liked the most and different colors of them to see which fit my skin tone better. She let me stop and take pictures and videos to be able to send them to by bf. I told her I was gonna write a review about her so here I am. I did ask for her name but Iām very forgetful and I already forgot it. I do remember it started with a C and I was thinking it was Catherine but Iām not 100% sure. On yesterday, February 13th my husband went to this location to browse and purchase something for the upcoming Valentineās holiday. He entered the store at 7:20pm and was met by an employee that told him he would have to leave because they closed at 8:00pm. With 40 minutes until closing, there was plenty of time for my husband to browse and purchase his desired items. It is unfortunate and unacceptable that an employee would tell a paying customer that they have to leave. They missed out on a $200+ sale because of this. While my husband kindly left with no issue, as someone who formerly worked in customer service this experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. My husband told me that he would be returning tomorrow (now today) to purchase his items but I instructed him not too.
