My first Visit was amazing! I walked in, was helped by a tall Gentleman who sold me 1000.00 worth of jewelry and Took in my diamond hoop earrings for repair and replacement of a missing stone. I couldn't have been happier! My 2nd visit was for picking up the repair and didn't go as well. My repair was 80.00 plus tax of 7.20...which I had p-aid in full at the time of drop off. When I came to pick up the earrings it was a different person, and my wonderful salesman had rung it all up together and a repair item 87.20 / So Mr. New person helping me said I didn't prepay the tax, even though I said I did he wasn't going to accept that because it was clearly not on the receipt as tax, only 87.20 for the rerair. I said fine, I will pay it again and I did. Now fast forward two weeks later and the earring I had bought were falling apart. The crystals had litterally begun to peal off of the silver ... It was only some type of shinny tape. So I took them back. I again got someone different. When I showed her the earrings she asked for my receipt, ( she didn't believe I had bought them there because they were falling apart). I told her I didn't have it, but my purchases should be in the computer. She said they didn't keep those personal records so I needed to go home and get the receipt. Well after spending 40 minutes looking for a parking spot and walking all the way from behind the Theater to get to their store I wasn't going to do that, so I said..." I will pay to have them fixed BUT, I will never buy another pc of jewelry here." So she began the paperwork on the computer, asked for my signature and I signed. Then she read back my address to me to verify who I was....so I guess they do keep that information. Here is my take, I buy jewelry at a jewelry store rather than on-line for the customer service. The face to face...plus I want to see it on before I buy. Spending thousand on jewelry like we woman will, I expect a level of trust. I trust you that you are giving me a fair price, real diamonds, real crystals, etc. So, I want your jewelry and you want my money. So when I have a problem even though my trust in you and in your inventory is now in question, the last thing you have the right to do is Question me and weasel out on your responsibility by hiding behind " I need your receipt", Then you lose my business. Since they lost my trust and respect, I brought back everything I bought "with the receipt" for full refund. I should have just...

I wish Google would let you post a picture because it was almost completely pushed together and twisted, the stone fell out. I took it to Tom at Reeds sure that we would be purchasing a new ring and, to my complete astonishment, he fixed it in under 5 minutes. I will NEVER take any piece of jewelry ANYWHERE else. period.
Original Review posted in September: I took my gorgeous amethyst engagement ring to another jeweler to be re-sized and have a prong fixed. When I picked it up I saw that they had cracked the stone through the center. They said they would fix it and when I picked it up later that day I was just horrified. They'd replaced the amethyst with a stone almost half the size of the original and where the original was gorgeous and sparkly the new one looked like horrible purple glass. The prongs were mashed and bent and the entire setting was crooked and disfigured. I was so upset by the time I found Reeds. I took a chance there despite the two negative reviews.
We were greeted by extremely helpful, friendly staff who never treated us poorly or talked to us condescendingly because we clearly didn't make a lot of money and I never ONCE was made to feel like my ring wasn't as valuable to them because it wasn't a diamond. The jeweler, Tom, stayed late to talk to us and reassure us that we had options, he could fix it. He was seriously amazing. I walked into the store upset and sure that we would have to purchase a new ring and I left feeling hopeful. Two days later he had us come back and look at the new stone he'd ordered to put in the ring and it was gorgeous, so much more beautiful than I even could have expected.
Today I got to pick up my ring and it looks even more beautiful than when my fiance proposed to me in July. The prongs look brand new and amazing and I just can't even believe that you can't begin to tell where and how the other jeweler did their best to destroy it.
This is a wall of text, I know, but I just want a positive review here to sing against the negatives because they are so unfounded. Although my engagement ring has a monetary value of under $500 I was treated like their most valuable customer. He always had time. I literally could not be any happier with the entire experience. So long as he is at Reeds I will never go...
Read moreMy experience with REEDS Jewelers was nothing short of exceptional. I was searching for a ruby engagement ring for my fiancĂ©e and found the perfect one on their website. Although I donât live in a state with a physical REEDS location, this didnât stop me from receiving top-tier customer service.
I first reached out via text and connected with Cortney from the Customer Care team. She was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about financing options and their lifetime warranty. Once she had the information I needed, she connected me with Haydn, the store manager of this location, and thatâs when the experience went from great to phenomenal.
Haydn went above and beyond from the start. Even though his store didnât have the exact ring in stock, he tracked it down and had it within two business days so he could send me detailed pictures and videos. He captured the beauty of the ring perfectly and even took the time to show me several wedding band options which complemented it.
Communication with Haydn was effortless! He was prompt, professional and genuinely friendly. He answered my questions by call or text without delay and made the purchasing process a breeze. Once I made my decision, he had the ring sized, polished, and shipped to me in Las Vegas within one business day.
If youâre an out-of-state customer like me, donât let that stop you from getting the ring of your dreams. Haydn treats you like a best friend, not just a customer. I am beyond grateful for his help in making this milestone so special and will absolutely return to him for our wedding band.
You wonât be disappointed with the exceptional service from REEDS....
