Marshalls — Local services in Huntsville

I usually have a good experience in this Marshalls we buy everything there! However this time was bad. I had my two children and my newborn baby with me and obviously having three kids with you while shopping is hard to do and you can't focus on every little sign they have in the store. So for some reason this time I forgot that you can't take the baskets from the store. So as we are exiting the store the shopping cart gets caught in there very very strong magnetic strip. It stopped the cart so fast and so hard that it went to flip my newborn baby (who was sitting in her carrier) over the side of the shopping cart. Luckily I caught the baby carrier before it flipped her completely out of the cart. However the impact scared her half to death. So as I'm unstrapping her from her carrier to make sure she's okay. ... I look over at all of the sales associates and every single one of them are standing there laughing at the entire situation. Now I know I should have remembered that the cart can't go outside.. but I can think of several different ways that they could keep their carts in there store without throwing babies from the shopping cart! And besides that had I been working and saw that happen to someone I would have quickly rushed over to make sure everyone was okay. So I was a little disappointed in the sales associates and I'm very disappointed with their system to keep the carts in the store. I wasn't trying to steal their cart I genuinely forgot. But this was completely unacceptable and had my baby actually been hurt I doubt all of those associates would have be...

I love this Marshall's. Since we travel around Texas often, we go to a lot of different Marshall's stores. Some others are larger, but it's still the best place to get cute clothes in Huntsville. It's the FIRST place I go if I need to get something, and most of the time I find something I love, even if I don't buy it. Something else that sets this store apart is the staff. They seem to really enjoy working there. As a customer, it's so nice to see employees smiling and cheerful! It makes the shopping experience so much nicer so I really enjoy shipping there....

This is such a great Marshall’s to shop for womens clothes. You can find everything you need. The racks are always organized of shirts, jeans, business pants, cardigans, sweaters, leggings, workout clothes. I miss this Marshall’s because of what a great selection it had all the time. I moved out of the area and go to different Marshall’s but they’re just not the same. Have a hard time finding what I need at other locations. They don’t have as much of a selection as this one.
