Had a return of some wood pieces too tall to fit above my cabinets. Receipt in the bag and tags attached I was immediately told by the manager that they will only take seasonal returns if I select a similar item and they are out of stock of anything similar but I was free to look around. He immediately step away uninterested in completing my transaction or finding a solution. So I asked another associate to help me find the Christmas wood decor. She took me to the section with nothing close to what I had. Or near the dollar amount. He intejects that the items must cost the exact same price. Even though I planned on purchasing so much more due to heavy in-stock of green I used for my decor this year. My sister grabbed my bag from the register as the manager was no longer on the floor. Firstly I want to say is, it is a great place to shop when you walk in it’s like rainbows and sunshine and all of their pieces like furniture, and decor are all eye catching at a very reasonable price. Next I want to say that all the coworkers asked if I need any help looking for something and I told them I’m just looking they kept asking every so often which is very helpful. Next I want to say is that the manager was very helpful in so many ways I was having trouble with the cashier and she came over and asked if everything was okay and she helped me with the problem that I was having and took care of it. First time I’ve been to this store and I felt targeted the entire time I was there, all 4 employees were constantly following me around the entire time I was there with my friends. Remind you we were being respectful and not loud the entire time, just shopping like regular customers. One of the Main Employees who was causing all of this, who’s name is Justin, kept staring at me the entire time and would not leave me alone. As well as another employee asked me numerous times if I was doing okay within the span of 5 minutes.
