This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. My hair was very long and I wanted some weight off the back. I asked for a trendy bob that is shoulder length in the back long in the front, like chest area. I got a shoulder length hair cut all the way around and I'm devestated. I asked for my money back and was told that I would get my money back I the assistant manager that I spoke to on the phone the 1st day. I had an emergency with my family so I couldn't make it in for a couple of days but when I finally arrived the woman who cut my hair GAYLA lied and said that I asked for a different style all together.....I'm crushed. They would not give a simple refund of $40 because it is uneven and ugly and I believe they would butcher it more....there isnt much left to cut. LAUREN the manager was trying to be kind but just kept saying that the owner (Mr. Will) said not to give a refund. She is following orders from a very unprofessional and unkind owner. So much for going to a team in Texas who does hair to get a trendy haircut I'm a mom of 5 that $40 is a lot of money to me and they just destroyed over a foot of hair.... Do not allow the African-American woman GAYLA to touch your hair.... If you're smart do not go here even if they've done you right when something badd happens they will never make it right and that to me is somebody who does not deserve to get service to...
Read moreOk so this was by far the worst experience I've EVER had at getting my sons hair cut. Starts of the lady cutting his hair clearly didnt speak English and after spending 15 minutes explaining and showing here exactly what my 7 year old son wanted for his birthday which was a simple mohawk. I walked over and was explaining to the stylist working on my daughter what I wanted done with her hair for a few minutes. I look back and granny no comprende had lopped off my son's hair so bad the only way to fix it was to shave it off. So now my son gets to go to his party with the worst excuse for a haircut I have ever seen or completely bald. As I was calming explaining that this was not at all what I asked for and that they need to fix it all she could do was smile and ask for $29.50. At this point my blood is boiling, people in the salon are laughing at my child's hair cut and this woman expects me to pay for what looks like a lawn mower ran over my sons head. After a brief heated argument I paid for the haircut and left with the .50 popsicles they offered as an apology. Some how we went from getting a simple mohawk to a zero on the sides and figure length on top with out even trying to blend it in and I had to pay for it so thanks but no thanks we will never...
Read moreGo there often to get my son's hair cut and every once in a while for myself. I went got my hair cut, didn't really look at it before I left (long hair) and when I got home to show my husband he noticed one side was longer so I went back the next day. I wasn't mad, just a little frustrated that I had to find time to make a 2nd trip back. I explained what happened and the lady that cut my hair was there and busy with another customer, so the lady I was talking too fixed my hair. She was really sweet and nice and didn't want to let me pay her for fixing it (but I did anyway). The lady that cut my hair originally didn't say anything to me even thought we were right next to her. Again, I wasn't mad or rude or anything and I guess the lady didn't have to say anything but I was thinking a "I'm sorry about that" or something like that would have been nice. I wish I could remember the ladies name that fixed it. I would use her again next time if she is still there. Side note: I went on a Wed and ladies are supposed to get $4 off and I didn't. I didn't even mention anything about that either because that was not the point of getting...
