Returns & Customer Service: Nonverbal Assumptions This was a Very Unpleasant and Speculation filled interaction!! This store fulfilled my order Quickly online but unfortunately the shoes I ordered didn't fit. I entered this location to return the undesired pairs and was met with ATTITUDE and Insinuations. I was immediately asked if I had a receipt and how long I had the shoes, I stated one pick up & a one delivered, 5 days and 2days. Demeanor continued to project Assumptions, either I was returning gifts/stoIen products, perhaps after I didn't have receipt readily available.The Clerk glared at me and rudely stated my receipt should be in my email, glared at me, then clerk walked off with a pair of my shoes for 3-5 minutes, as I proceeded to locate my receipt on the app. The Store clerk returned, told me I could not return 2 pairs of shoes I purchased for myself because they SMELLED "Funny!!!,No further explanation and stared me down as customers looked I inquired as to why and another associate walked up, stating Ransom reasons why they couldn', checking no receipts nor with Valid exploration. I just left Refusing to be Humiliated and Demeaned.My self-PURCHASED Shoes originally boxed and packaged, NO WEAR and No specific REAL reason to not take UnWorn, self purchased items. Read moreI want to purchase a spinner bait and two other items. The first cashier said she could find it online and ask me it was $7.49. I said, no it was cheaper, but I could not remember the price. I ask do I need to go see how much the lure is on the peg or you get someone to help. You can go see how much the item is on the peg. I walk fast over the fishing section seen it was $6.99 on the peg. I came back to the register and the cashier was helping someone else out. Handed me my items and said go to the other register. I told the other cashier what was going on with the spinner bait and she was rude. Didn’t believe me. She also could not find the product in her system. I ask for a manger and I get Tracie. The second cashier and Tracie could not answer any of my questions to get out of this store. The cashier laughed walk away and was rude. Tracie said her actions were okay and they do really well with their customer surveys. I ask to just get the other items and I won’t return to location. Read moreMy dad purchased 3 pairs of shoes here. He asked an associate what the return policy was on shoes because he has a hard time finding shoes that work for his feet. He has bone and blood cancer on top of neuropathy so having comfortable shoes is very important. The associate told him he could take them home and wear the around the house and if they didn’t work to bring them back with the receipt. He wore each pair around our living room for an hour or so. They were not comfortable enough for him so he came to return them. The manager there refused to take them back saying they look used and dirty. He literally only had them for 2 days. There was no wear on the bottom, no scuffs, no dirt nothing. He brought them back home I took a look at them and did not see what she was talking about. My dad was so upset over wasting $108. He is also having heart issues so this situation worked him up and we had to take him to the hospital. While in town I brought the shoes back and had NO issue returning them! Another associate looked over them and didn’t see an issue and proceeded a return for me.
