Five Below — Local services in Huntsville

I was looking to buy a manual battery powered massage wand for my aching shoulder (comes with batteries already installed) I turned on the first one to make sure it worked. It didn't. I tried several and none of them worked. I asked the manager if I could get a discount because the batteries were dead. She said No and pointed out where they kept the batteries, I said, let me get this straight. You want me to buy extra batteries even though you're selling me a product that has dead batteries? She didn't say anything so I put the massager back. Only 2 stars because I like the discounted products but bad customer service on...

Always SUPER nice and helpful employees!! And not once have they ever given me a hard time about bringing me my service dog in training into the store, which is important to me as a consumer. The store is always clean, the items always fresh and new things to browse! I just love going there, it's a treat for me, after the job of challenging errands for me as a service dog team.

(Please don't take my review to mean pets are allowed if they're in a vest though! I know some people do that at other places, and it undermines real service dogs, especially those in training...

It’s better than dollar general which isn’t saying much. A lot of stuff that ain’t below $5. Still better than dollar general by far. They only have one person working the checkouts tho. Same as DG and just as bad. You can’t even use the Uscan by your self. You gotta have a cashier help you....
