Update Contacted my Huntsville Chick-fil-A yesterday May 20th, 2025 after placing my mobile order to let them know I was going to be a little late picking the order up and while I remembered I asked the lady over the phone if they still had any Houston Astros cups from Monday even though I was a day late and was told yes and that they would be put with my order. My mom picked our order up and was later than expected and when she got home she mentioned that they forgot to put the cup in with the order plus they forgot a piece of our order. Called back and spoke with the same lady who said she forgot to put the cup with the order and that there should be plenty as no one knew they were there. I told her I live almost 30 mins outside of town and could I swing by on the 21st and she said that was fine to let them know what happened and I would be taken care of as well as the missing items from our order. Today May 21st I reached out to the store before making my trip into town in regards to the cup and spoke with Abby who seemed like she was not having a good day and had what seemed a bit of an attitude. She proceeded to tell me that that was on Monday and I explained to her that I understand that and when I spoke to a representative yesterday on the phone she said they still had some as of yesterday. She proceeded to tell me to hold on a sec while she asked someone and then immediately came back over the phone and said no we do not have any cups. I have up arguing and am not sure if I want to go to this Chick-fil-A as apparently their staff is unknowledgeable.

Read moreIt's like any other Chic-fil-A, the customer service and food is great, and they're fast. However, if I was being picky, I would say that it is a little annoying that they don't have ketchups out on the floor for customers to get. You have to ask anytime you want something. I've never been to a Chic-fil-A that doesn't have ketchup openly available. For carryout, I'm pretty sure they only work on your order until you actually say that you're there in person. Technically a good thing, because it means that your food will be more fresh. But this also defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of time online; most people want to just walk in, grab their food and go. I've also had to wait a decent 5 minutes for orders sometimes, which again, is the reason that some people order carryout online; to avoid the wait. They seem to be hesitant to just leave food on the carryout shelf. Keep in mind again that this is just me being picky. They're still very fast with most orders. On more than two occasions I've also had to provide really specific details when picking up my ordering instead of simply giving my name and getting my order without any more questions asked. I've even had to show them my actual app for some reason. Not a big deal, but I think the greater point with this location is that they seem to not trust their own customers very well when looking back at everything as a whole. Read moreThis chick fil a is known for their slow service but today they really out did themselves for their slow service. I arrived with my boyfriend to eat a lunch before working at 1. At 12:26 we’re decided to order our food for dine in on the app since there was a long line and not to overwhelm the workers. Something that was also supposed to be a fast service turned into us waiting 40!! Mins to get our food. Guests who also came in the same time as us were leaving when we barely got our food. My boyfriend ate his food so fast while I had to take it to go, and eat a cold meal at work. I wanted to have a nice lunch with my boyfriend turned into an annoying outing. The manger when have brought our food did not comment on how long it took us to get our food or apologize for the inconvenience and service we had. Before this my boyfriend did go and ask where our food was when a young lady told him it’ll be out shortly and gave him our drinks still 10 mins went by before the manger brought our food. I never like to get upset we customer service for working in retail but some constructive criticism is owed.
