I took my children for an outing to have some fun on a Saturday afternoon. The place was pretty crowded and there were lots of parents and kids playing. It was clean as the review stated which was a good thing. My youngest who is one wanted to play in the ball pit however the ball pit is attached in the main area so there were a lot of bigger kids which meant she wasn't able to play. I would definitely suggest putting a ball pit in the toddler room for the children to play with. I also think it would be a good idea to station a staff member in the toddler room to keep the bigger kids out. I would like to see a bit more sanitation going on while the children are there maybe someone walking through periodically and sanitizing the toys because the smaller kids of course like to put things in their mouth no matter how much you try to stop them. The price was decent And there was no time limit which was a good thing. They do have trampolines but they are in a separate room from the play equipment so if you have a child that wants to do trampolines and then a child that wants to climb the jungle gym you're going to have to split your time between both rooms. I would say the bathrooms need a little bit more attention The one that I went into definitely could have used some attention during the day It wasn't completely bad but to have children that need to use the restroom it definitely needs to be cleaned and sanitized at least once every couple of hours. Overall my kids had a good time and the place was clean which was a plus for me, however, you might want to go early in the morning when there's not a lot of kids there if you want your younger children to be able to fully experience everything without being run over by...
Read moreBeware of booking a party package/room at the PG location. I planned and booked my daughter's 2nd birthday party here one month in advance. The cost to have roughly 25-30 guests in the smaller party room is $350 total. This comes with 2hr room rental, 2 pizzas, and juices for the kiddos. My issue with my booking is that the AIR CONDITIONING was busted for the weekend in the MIDDLE of July 2024. The staff kindly reached out to me the morning of the party to ask which pizza toppings I wanted for the party. (I replied pepperoni and cheese =) I'm in a good mood because it's my daughter's special day) No mention at all regarding the A/C. We arrive to setup for the party and then were told. I have 3 pregnant women and elderly guests attending the party. I was offered $50 off. The staff brought the pizzas but would not give me the pizzas until the balance was settled. I was not settling for just $50 off. The most the manager offered off was $100 and a few free waters for the inconvenience. He/she told the staff that if I wasn't happy with their final offer we would have to exit the party room immediately. So I pay the remaining balance because I'm not trying to get kicked out of the room and completely ruin the day/party. Here is the kicker, both the pizzas are cheese. Like wow lol. All in all, vet other play places for your children so you do not give an establishment your hard-earned money just for them to treat you like trash. I'm rating it a 2 instead of a 1 because one of the employees helped me set my...
Read moreI was at this playground last month and the experience I had wasn't the best. I'm a babysitter and was watching three children. The 3-and-a-half-year-old child accidentally dropped her pretzels on the floor while eating her snack. Then the receptionist came up to me and told me I had to clean up the mess the child had made. She had a vacuum cleaner in her hand and still made a big deal out of it. When I went to see, my child had already cleaned everything up and there were just crumbs on the floor. The receptionist handed me a spray and paper towels and told me to clean up the crumbs, even though she already had the vacuum cleaner in her hand and could just clean the crumbs ( I mean, if someone has an accident in the restroom, will she ask the person to clean the bathroom? That doesn’t make sense, when you have a business you have some responsibility even though you don’t like it) . I don't know if she did this to me because I'm a babysitter, but I'm sure she wouldn't have done what she did to me with any mother present at the playground. I found it unprofessional, and I'll think twice before taking the children to this playground again. It was an unnecessary and humiliating situation, if she is the owner, she should improve. That's not how you treat your customers. The playground itself is nice but not very big. Perfect for...
