Absolutely do NOT shop here. My mom and brother purchased copies of Butter by BTS for me here and were ripped off. Had I been there, I would have told them to not waste their money.
While it was labeled as used, though it could have been more clear because the plastic wrap confused them to where they believed them to be new, they were incomplete.
Incomplete, used music albums over a year old should absolutely not be more than $5 each. If you buy them for more than that (they’re charging $12.99 for used Butter albums with multiple inclusions missing - with no warning), you are being taken advantage of.
I buy and sell albums frequently - they are misleading and ripping off their customers.
Selling used albums is fine, when they are clearly labeled, properly priced, and any missing or damaged items are described before purchasing. Not doing those things is morally and ethically wrong, and they should correct their practices or realize running a business may not be for them.
Please, for your own good, do not purchase from them until they correct their shady practices...

They gave me a little over $100 for them, and the only reason I took the money was first, because I don't have the space for them in my place, and second because I didn't want to carry the six boxes back to my car. They didn't help me take them in the store so I knew they sure as hell wouldn't help me take them back out if I decided not to sell them. I'm a bit upset at myself for taking them in there in the first place, but it was ridiculously low what they gave me compared to how much they're going to make from reselling them. They still have the audacity to offer me store credit if I didn't want the cash. Yeah, sure I'm going to take the 100 you gave me for hundreds of movies so I can buy 10...
Read moreWent to this store yesterday. My daughter was going to buy a few items. Some of them were used toys. There was a sign hanging up that said all pre-owned collectible toys 33% off. When we went to pay the cashier informed us that the sale had ended they just hadn’t taken the sign down. I told her if the sign was up they had to honor it. The sign had no date on it. She told us that no she didn’t have to honor it. We asked for a manager. She said they weren’t in, so we asked for the person in charge. She said he had left and would be back. We waited about 10 minutes and asked if she could call the person because we were wasting our time waiting. She said she didn’t have his number and he would just tell us the same thing. You may want to work on your customer service with your employees. If a sign is up I don’t know how you can...
