Though I'm happy with most their prices, the service wasn't worth the deals there. I went in and bought a shirt for work for 6 dollars. That's really good now days for a nice shirt. When I went to check out, the ladies working were too busy talking and checking out their own clothes. They were teenagers so I wasn't too upset. They eventually got to my shirt. The next day, I was getting dressed for work and the shirt didn't fit, so I hurried there to exchange it to hopefully wear my new shirt to work in the next 15 minutes, and these ADULT ladies were doing the same thing the teenagers were doing. They just have gotten a new batch of clothes so all the employees wanted them. But please, let the customer check it first before ringing in 15 separate shirts when all I wanted was to exchange one item. The pricing of the merchandise in Rue21 are comparable to the other stores in Grand Teton mall, however the sale prices they have are far better than anything you'd find at the buckle or American Eagle. They are understaffed so you'll be finding those deals on your own however checking out is a very quick process. The clothes a good quality, the biggest issue I had on my last shopping trip here was finding tops for my 14 year old daughter that are school dress code appropriate.
