Their ballet shoes gave my 2 year old daughter blisters on the back of her foot. Seriously no big deal. I love or I should say loved this store And when I went to return them with tag, with the receipt and everything a lady with red/orange hair told me that she would return them this ONE time (God bless her heart) because the tags were off. NO WHERE IN THEIR POLICY SAYS THAT THE TAG HAS TO BE ON! And I asked her where does it say on my receipt that the tag has to be on? She smugly said well it says that the tag has to be with it. Amd that it's just policy. She kept saying that. Its policy. but this lady or should I say an angel from above (sarcasm) let me return them. Wasn't that nice of her??
