Stopped by to pick up some Chiefs stuff for the game.. there was a BIG clearance rack with many shirts with a sign that said 75% off Reg price, so I picked 2 of the same shirts in diff sizes I wanted and began looking for other stuff. I found a couple shirts I liked on a different NON Clearance rack..saw they had white tags over the original and asked associate if it was on sale etc. and what the price was...upon looking more closely... I noticed the price tag on it (that was visible through new placed tag) was OVER the MFG price tag and they were priced $10 MORE than the Mfg tag...WTH?? I questioned associate who had no answer for me... and I said it was a marketing rip off... I then proceeded to a register to pay for 2 shirts I got off the 75% off clearance rack ... where there were 20-30 of these SAME shirts... only to have the clerk say they were charging the regular price.. and when I questioned her... she said she couldnt give me the clearance price as sometimes ppl put them in the wrong place...?? I understand this, but THAT many shirts on the sale rack? ... told her that was not right but refused to get any help regarding the issue... I left all my things at the register and WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone... Go somewhere with great customer service and...
Read moreI don't usually take the time out to complain about customer service but this one was a hum dinger. My wife and I walked up to the register and the young female employee was talking to two young male employees who moved off when we walked up. Acting as though we were bothering them by "making" them move. If I was the manager I wouldn't want my employees blocking the checkout lane shooting the breeze. The employee then laughingly and rudely told us she couldn't ring us up, that her associate would have to. Didn't notice that her lane light wasn't lit up. My bad. I don't know if she meant to be rude but she was obviously too young and immature to know how to be professional and gracious. I was so taken aback that I didn't say anything but it was apparent that we weren't impressed by that. Then as the other cashier was ringing up the items, she was loudly conversing with the other employees over her headset, and chatting him up too. It was distracting and once again - very rude and unprofessional. I noticed that most of the staff looked younger than 20 (which is great) but there clearly needs to be more training and/or...

I had a fantastic experience with Travis at Dick’s Sporting Goods when I needed a golf club repaired. Even though he was just getting off work when I called, Travis told me he’d stay late to take care of it while I waited. That kind of dedication is rare these days and really appreciated!

He worked efficiently and confidently, and I was especially impressed to learn he had even crafted some of his own custom tools to handle repairs — something that turned out to be essential for fixing my older-style club.
