Update 7/13/24 Appointment at 10am I had an appointment with Bella walked in and they told me that she no longer worked there. I asked if he was joking he told me no. I asked why no one called to confirm my appointment was canceled. He said she took all of the contacts and left. All I got was sorry for the inconvenience. She's the only one in the shop that does acrylics. Probably the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen in my life. I have been coming here for 1 yr every two weeks! Now I have to find another nail shop to go to!
Now I have been asked to remove my review! I was blamed for not leaving my contact w them BUT I'm the customer! That isn't my job. I have been coming here for over a year every two weeks I have not missed an appointment and nobody has ever asked me for contact except for Bella. I assumed like a normal business that they have a landline and they don't they're using a cell phone for their business line. So naturally when Bella reached out to reschedule an appointment I assumed it was her personal line not a business line. My review! My experience!
I like this place. I came in as a walk in as the nail place that I booked w that morning canceled due to sick employees. Bella was efficient and sweet. I will be going back in two weeks I love my nails! Still going here! 1/14/23
Wow now you are discriminating against me!?! Classy! How do you know I'm not disabled? Because I did not look it! Wow aren't you smart! You're highly mistaken! You know nothing about me. I didn't tip because the horrible customer service you gave. Always talking about your customers and BOYFRIEND that's in the shop. That I have seen you cry over in the shop multiple times. Then telling me the CUSTOMER things you don't want to do on MY nails. Milky white ring a bell! Yea I wanna tip that kind of service! I don't have to TIP! 1/23/2025

About how she really doesn't like her bf. You should stick to coloring in children's coloring books because you're the worst nail artists in the city that I've ever seen! LOL! What kind of business keeps going back and forth with somebody! This is probably her boyfriend I doubt this is Bella. You should cut your ties she really doesn't like you. All the bad stuff that she says about you. About not liking you. About you not knowing how to cook. About her not wanting to have kids with you. The best service I had in there was with the pregnant girl. Y'all were out of town and she did my nails she was the best I had! You're only hurting yourself and your business! You're mad because your customer service skills suck and you can't take accountability!

Read moreI've been having a rough time and this was something I wanted to do for myself, but I've been disappointed everywhere else I've gone so I kept putting it off. And my toes weren't up to par, so more hesitation, right?
I walked in without an appointment and Twan was awesome, taking me for a pedicure - highly recommend appt though because they spend a good amount of time with you and want to be able to do that for everyone. He gave me an amazing pedicure, along with being really friendly and kind. We chatted the whole time. The star of this was his dog, Pepper. Pepper immediately came up and asked to sit on my lap. He sat there happily for the entire hour, I had to hand him off when it was done!
You can tell that Twan cares (and that Pepper is an emotional support dog for real), and that the service here is just different than any other place. The price is actually pretty low, especially compared to other Broad Ripple area salons. I got gel and it was like 51. I tipped well and I hope you do too, because this isn't a factory line kinda place. This is about relationships and was soul- filling, not just someone rushing you through and slapping some polish on poorly. He took time, he shaped well and painted well and there was a leg massage with some exfoliating and moisturizing lotions at the end. I really couldn't be happier. Read moreI was really disappointed by our experience here. We had called about 1.5 weeks in advance to make a reservation for 6 people. I was surprised that there was space for that many people with late notice, but glad to have a reservation since the group was getting nails done ahead of a wedding. When we made the reservation, we were told that there would be three nail technicians available and we would have the place to ourselves. We arrived at 1:30 (our appt time) and two people were in the salon about halfway through their service. Our services didn't even begin until after 2:15. We didn't get out of here until almost 5:30PM (when we had said we needed to leave by 4PM). A few people had to skip services since everything was going slowly. One of the nail techs got up and left in the middle of a pedicure, and we were never told why. The biggest problem was the lack of communication & rushed nature of the 2 nail techs - had we been told not everyone would be able to get the services they planned we would have split up. Instead, everyone ended up with poorly painted nails. I got gel which started to come off after just 5 days. Hope this was just a fluke and that the owner learns to be more up front about what he can & cannot do given time & staff constraints. An apology and acknowledgement plus quality service goes a long way, but we didn't receive any of those so I can't recommend this...
