If I could have given a negative star, I would have. I went to take my Uhaul back, and the two overweight women working there made me move the Uhaul truck three times while she was taking on her cell phone. Then we asked for a receipt, and she said it would be emailed. We left and then came back because we never got the receipt. Then, one of the gas station workers told me we were in the wrong location. We checked the contract, and it was the correct location. Then, she told us she was too busy to help. This was by far the worst experience We have ever had..... Stay away from...

Super old school customer service! The golden standard! Mike the cashier was very accommodating with my U Haul transaction but his etiquette is second to none. It's a great gas station with friendly employees. Been going for years. The biggest issue this location has is its customers. I don't think I've ever seen a more braindead group of people. Indio is just a trash heap of junkies. I feel bad for everyone...
