I was so torn for years to leave a review about Joe. I kept excusing his behavior but he always argues with me and makes inappropriate comments about my personal life making me uncomfortable. His work is very inconsistent sometimes he will do a really great job and sometimes I’ve had to come back to get it repaired for the second time. I have had my last straw with his gaslighting. When I bring something that has broken that has been is own work he talks so badly about the work and I’ve let him know only he has worked and it, he does not apologize or accommodate at all. This guy is a rip off! When I went into his shop he said, "I hope you have cash because this thing (the card payment machine) is not working." I went to the bank and got cash to pay for a new watch battery. I picked it up, it looked fine. My mistake was not trying the watch on in the shop. He had broken the band and fixed it in such a way that it was not noticable. When I went to put my watch on for work, I discovered he had broken the band. !!BEWARE...
