It's sad that the vape shops seem to have moved from a community environment that the people working in the shops actually cared about their customers and had knowledge to a place that the employees know absolutely nothing about their products and act annoyed if you have questions or want help picking a juice.

The experience I just had here... Was downright offensive. I walk in and the guy working was on the phone. He had no interest in helping me what so ever. He just kept on with his phone conversation that was obviously personal, even though I couldn't understand the language he was speaking. I asked for a flavor and he seemed annoyed to have to look at all. He only checked one brand and when he couldn't find it, he literally walked away from me without saying a word just continuing his phone conversation leaving me standing there wondering what is going on. I figured he was just trying to wrap up the phone call to help me but he had no intent on helping me any further or discontinuing his phone call. I literally had to stare at him and ask him so what's going on and he said I don't have it and continued on his phone call ignoring me completely. I don't know how businesses stay in business when they function like this. They definitely won't get any dollars for me at any point in the future. I would avoid the shop they don't care whatsoever about their employees or helping them. They have absolutely no knowledge of the products they carry. It was offensive how rude this dude was. If you don't know about the products in a vape shop, intimately, then you shouldn't work in a vape shop. And the owners of these places that don't care and have no knowledge need to stop hiring their family just to give them a job that they could care less about doing or knowing anything about it or taking pride in anything at all. If you rude to your customers then you'll have no customers. Now you have one less. There's many other options I don't need to go...

So i’ve gone to this shop a few times to buy disposable E-Cigarettes, specifically the Loon brand. Which to be clear the price has consistently been $19.99 before tax in almost every shop in the area. This shop is selling them for $14.99 which sounds like a way better price BUT is a very common price for fakes that are being sold. So out of curiosity I purchased one. As soon as I opened the package I noticed the material of the disposable felt different from the ones I normally get. Also some of the right was in a slightly different font than the ones I normally get, and the mouth piece was dirty coming out of the package already.

So I decided to hit it a few times in the store and it work for the first two hits but then maybe 45 minutes later I went out to take a break at my work and hit the disposable once again and it was dead. Maybe got four hits out of it. Then as any person would I went back to the shop to let them know which the girl working suddenly got very defensive about it right away, And told me she couldn’t do a thing. I’m very sure the Loons at this shop are fake and I have brought the disposable to a few shops locally and they also are under the impression that they are fake as well.

Bought this E-pen product. It has a defective charger. Ahmed was the "manager" helping me out. This product is new never used because of the defect. Tired to exchange for a working product but was denied because Ahmed said in his whole career he has never had that happened. I then asked how this product works and he said he doesn't know........ Very experienced worker.

So he said I cannot exchange because it didn't return to the store within 48 hrs. I then told you I came Tuesday at 9:48pm, close to closing time. Within my "48" hr limit, and denied me an exchange. He also said I have to fix it. And the best he could do is sell me another one at a discounted price but I have to pay for it first. Thought this place would be great because of good reviews, but clearly the "manager" is just on a whole...
