Terrible Experience with Rude Customer Service
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Fast Fix at Irving Mall. I brought a pendant in for engraving two days ago, and I was told it would be ready by Thursday. When I called to find out what time it would be ready, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was dismissive and extremely unprofessional. When I went to the store to clarify what was going on, he handed me the pendant back and said he ādoesnāt have the time to do it.ā This left me scrambling to get the engraving done elsewhere, even though itās a birthday gift for my wife from our kids, and the birthday is just around the corner.
When I asked why he took the pendant in the first place if he didnāt have time, he became even more rude and uncooperative. When I inquired about his name and what would happen if I left a bad review, he initially refused to answer, then said his name was āMikeā and that he didnāt care because āI only work here!ā
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a personalized gift. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costsāthere are far better and more respectful businesses to trust with your...

I received a phone call from him informing me how much it would cost. It would be $20 to put a ring jump on it to connect the necklace and claw & $15 for the bracelet. He said the necklace would need to be sawed and I did agree because all it needed was the peace that holds the necklace and claw together. He didnāt like me disagreeing with him that so he told me to come pick it up. I told him I will be glad to do so.
I found the ring jump at Walmart for $2.45 for 240 pieces and did it myself. As for as the ankle bracelet, I took it to his competitor.

As soon as i got it i was pretty sure they did nothing just the clock was working due to position of the watch as it was mechanical, i took home for few days and again went back to the repairs, the guy said they will change the whole part and repair it !
