I highly recommend Blue Marlin Jewelry to anyone who wants to purchase new items or to anyone that needs their jewelry repaired. My wife & I live in Marathon Florida and there are plenty of jewelry stores in our town. We had a very unpleasant experience at Midas Touch in Marathon, where we purchased our wedding bands and my wives engagement ring. The engagement ring is very delicate and some of the diamonds started to pop free. Midas Touch had replaced the diamonds with fake jewels. We had suspicions, and went to see Armondo (owner) at Blue Marlin. He confirmed our suspicions. He treated us with care & respect, knowing that we were very uneasy about the situation. We were welcomed as if we were family. They replaced the fake diamonds with new, matching jewels. They tightened the prongs that hold the diamonds in place as well. When I dropped the ring off to be repaired, they were very professional & detailed in the process. Armando understood how special the ring was to us, and how much sentimental value it has. He even aloud us to bring our miniature dachshund in the store with us, and spoiled her with doggie treats. They originally quoted us one price, and when we came to pick the ring up when it was finished, the bill was actually much cheaper than expected. They are as honest as it gets. We are very satisfied with our experience at Blue Marlin Jewelry and will only shop with them from now on. Im a Rolex collector call the store to buy a Seadweller Pegy told me they have it available but they will need a Deposit to separate because they will no longer will received I gave $5560 that she took on my credit card after 2 weeks I decide to pay the balance of $10440 To purchase the watch the manager Kelly was really unprofesional and try to sell me a used watch without stickers I buy all the time from mayors and never have this kind of Problem before on my way back stop at Mayors and Bought my Seadweller no Problem in a real nice way Rolex should close all small authorized dealers specially how they get this line if they dont know how to treat customers please be carefull New Rolex come with stickers they want to sell me a used watch for the price of a new one mess my complete day after traveling 4 hours really Rude Lady be carefull I will call Rolex to notify they are selling used watches as they are new and they are Rolex Dealers.they should not Lie selling an used watch as New Finally after they have my money for 2 weeks...

I must first explain that I am not from the Florida Keys area. I was only lucky enough to stumble upon Blue Marlin Jewelry last winter while vacationing there. I have to say the staff and jeweler that works at this place of business are the most reputable, helpful, kind, and delightful beings I have ever met. I was flying out the next day when I first came to their store and I wanted to pick something special for my daughter. The chain had to be shortened and the jeweler completed the job within an hour or so. Since then, I have been virtual shopping with them which has been quite an experience! I phone the ladies down there and explain what I am searching for and then we have a facetime call for me to shop their fine counters of stunning jewelry.
