One of 3 food trucks around the islands. I think another one is in tavernier and the other is in marathon. This location is a long side the Florida Keys Brewing Company and is just a walk up situation. I have only been to this one and had a few things. We have tried their street tacos and their burritos. Of the street tacos we had their chicken, steak, and fish. All were very good. For the burritos we have had the chicken and the fish. Both have been fantastic. They offer mild green sauce, medium red sauce, and a hot red sauce. The green sauce is definitely my favorite, but I also like the kick from the hot red. The staff is friendly and will bring your food over to your table in the brewery's back seating area. They do have two small tables setup next to their trailer for folks waiting on a takeaway order. It's a pretty busy food truck since it's co-located with the Florida Keys Brewing Company, but so good! It's pretty busy and so it can take a little while to get your food. However, they do deliver it to your table on the patio so grab another beer while you wait!

I got their Fish Tacos that came with four lovely morsels with locally caught fish. They were single tortilla based so it got messy real quick, but sooo good! If it had a double tortilla wrap it would fair better. Nonetheless, really yummy tacos! Oh, and their hot sauce is so good too! Nice spice and flavor!!

I wasn't able to get their Horchata because they were out so I went with their Pineapple Water. It was surprisingly delicious and refreshing! Really outstanding drink with some pureed pineapple. Definitely another highlight and...
