Caribee Boat Sales & Marina — Attraction in Islamorada

I was searching for a Sea Hunt and came across a 255 Ultra Se at Caribee. I emailed them like I did to hundreds of other boats for sale. Out of hundreds of emails Caribee got back to me with a phone call in under 5 minutes. Honestly I think it was under 3 minutes! Salesman Brad was awesome, he was able to answer all my questions and we even negotiate over the phone. The boat needed a trailer and that wasn’t an issue. He knew a dealer in the area and personally went and picked it up to meet the deadline for my arrival to pick up the boat. I arrived at Caribee and everyone was warm and welcoming. The facility is nice and clean with beautiful boats everywhere. When I arrived they were detailing the boat, even after finishing detailing Brad took me and my friend on a sea trial and it was everything he had promised. They cleaned the boat again after the sea trial and then fitted the boat to the brand new trailer. Brad mad sure everything was in order even purchased back straps for the boat to ensure I made my 12 hour trip home safely. I honestly can’t say enough about these guys and I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase and experience. The next time I’m in the Key I will definitely stop in just to say hey and share some stories from the experiences my family, friends and myself have had in our boat. I have kept in touch with Brad since returning home and share pictures and stories already about the boat and I can honestly say he’s a great salesman and I’m sure I’ll keep in touch with him for a long time. I had family over for the long July 4th weekend when my starboard engine died. After making a few phone calls and getting the expected reaction from engine service shops, I finally connected with Mike Strickland, assistant service manager at Caribee Boats. He heard me out and told me to bring it in immediately. I went over and found Caribee personnel waiting for me at the dock with Mike coming over to greet me. They started on my boat right away. Soon, I was hearing back form Mike as well as Taylor Smith, the Service Manager, and Myron Cross. Together they explained the situation, which as I suspected, was not trivial. They explained my options and I made my decision. Just a little while later, on that same day, I was back on the water. These guys saved the day for my family, including a bunch of kids who only get one weekend in the keys in the entire year when they visit us. The level of professionalism shown by all Caribee personnel, especially Mike, Taylor, and Myron, was impressive. No pushiness, no attempt to try to show off how much more they knew about boats than me, just helpful guidance followed by the work done and delivered on the same day!! These guys were impressive. Awhile back I decided to trade in my boat for a new Grady White Freedom 235. Caribee happened to be the closest dealer for me so I contacted them and got an order placed for the boat. My salesman, Jack took the order and we began the process of trading in my old boat(s). It was kind of challenging since I never purchased a trailer for the catamaran I traded for the Grady. But no worries Jack arranged the transport and everything went fine. Once Caribbe had my boat they determined that my chart plotter had an issue and got it replaced under warranty - no cost to me. My salesman responded in a timely fashion to every call or inquiry I had about the order. The order I placed thru Caribee with Grady White went very smoothly and the boat was delivered ahead of schedule (surprising with current supply chain issues). Every single detail of my order and trade in was handled fairly, promptly and accurately and the whole process was very enjoyable start to finish.
