Read moreWe have visited several restaurants from this chain in different places, so we decided to try the one in Islamorada as well. We came with the idea of enjoying a casual sushi day, but unfortunately, the experience was not what we expected.
Our server (a young woman with long black hair) was very kind and did her best to help us, but she couldn’t resolve the issues the restaurant had that night with our food. We ordered an Ángel Roll (the rice was hard) and another roll that was supposed to have sweet plantain on top, as it should, but it came with the plantain inside and almost raw. Accompanied with it was the amazing "yummy roll" and the savory "spider roll." Which proved to be an example of the range that they had to offer. Over the course of the meal we enjoyed the sake flight. This proved to be an excellent touch on the day as even my wife who isn't a big fan of sake was able to find a few that she liked. To top it all off our culinary journey today was lead by our lovely server, Angie , who was attentive,...
