Miller's Home Furnishings — Local services in Jackson Township

We have not had the same experience as others that felt this company went out of their way to accommodate. Oct 2020(yes covid) ordered a couch, table and chairs, and 2 additional living room chairs. All items were varied from 8-16 weeks delivery. 8 weeks later we were told the couch was now unavailable and we could keep our place in line ONLY if we ordered from the same manufacturer. We didn’t like other couches from that manufacturer. So, we were out of luck, no discounts, no expedited delivery on anything else. BUT, they said they were sorry.... we didn’t order another one.

A couple weeks later, we were told the table we ordered was no longer available. I won’t bore you, but the exact same ending. We ended up buying a floor table and 4 chairs, after they ASSURED us the other 2 chairs ‘were in a warehouse’. We asked several times since we didn’t want to be 2 months down the road and be told they weren’t making them anymore. 2 months later we asked about the status of the chairs that ‘were in a warehouse’, we were told it’s a long way from Washington to Ohio...Now to the present day, would you believe, the chairs weren’t in a warehouse after all, and maybe next week they will get back to us with an update. Just a side note, weeks ago we asked for weekly updates and they agreed, never received a single one. As for the 2 living room chairs, it’s about 4-5 months now, and they don’t know that status either.

Don’t believe a word...

We’d been kicking around the idea of new furniture for a while and we just weren’t inspired by anything we saw out at mainstream furniture stores. In addition, we didn’t love being stalked around the store by sales people. Then, I was drawn to an Instagram ad for Miller’s Home Furnishings. We walked in and immediately realized this place was different. “Welcome to our store! Take a look around, take pictures of things you like, let us know if you have questions.” We felt at ease perusing the store without a sales person jumping out from between the cushions. Honestly, I needed help with design and layout and the gals didn’t disappoint. Their unique, no pressure process was just what we needed! I was glad to spend money with these ladies. I just cannot wait until my furniture...

I have had the best experience working with Erin and Ashley. We did renovations to our entire home and are updating everything; I was overwhelmed with decisions and choices. My husband and I went to Miller’s Home Furnishing and were immediately greeted by Ashley who explained the store and the services they provide. I have been working with Erin and Ashley for three months now. They are awesome at what they do, and the store is amazing! High quality furniture, décor, and talent.
