My wife Terrie and myself purchased all Samsung appliances for our new home back in July of 2019 and have been happy with the products up to this point
Our oven had been doing fine up until last week when my wife went to make cornbread and the bottom bake oven would not work
I called the store where we purchased the appliances and ask them who we needed to call about out warranty I was given a 866 number to call and they told me that me or my wife was in the system
So I called back and spoke with a salesman at the store again and he said he would have the manager call me back
Well that was on Monday, and Friday I still had not got a call So I called back and they informed me the manager was not in and would not be in until 2 PM so at this point I was getting upset
I ask if the salesman Cullan the man that sold us the appliances Was in and he got on the phone and went through our records and said we did not purchase an extended warranty on our stove.
Well Let me tell you when my wife heard him day that she went crazy (You would just have to know my wife to understand what I mean)
Well I went and found all my paperwork and it had 2 warranty charges on the paperwork I had
One for $299 And one for $199 He informed me that those where for The refrigerator and the Dishwasher
We explained to him that we told him when we purchased all the appliances that we wanted the extended warranty on all of the appliances
He said that that was not the case
My wife ask to speak to the manager and Said ask us to hold on He came back to the phone and said the manager would be right with us
Then he came back to the phone and said he was going to be a while and would call us back
Well guess what it is now 3:30 pm and he has not called back as of yet
I will find out who the top man or women is and get in touch with them about this
We spent over $10,000 on these appliances and this is the treatment we get
My advice to anybody looking to by appliances donât go to Cowboy Maloney
This treatment is not exceptable
We want ever darken one of there doors...
   Read moreWe came to buy a 2000.00 $ dishwasher today and walked into the store and the older lady who works inside didn't pay us any mind and continued to talk to her associate, we proceeded to say " hello, how are you all" and with a bitter and disrespectful attitude they looked at us and continued to talk to each other, we had to ask twice if we could get assisted before they decided we mattered, one got on her phone as to avoid us and the other old lady just inhaled deeply and said, " what do you all need". Then we went to the back to pick up our dishwasher wondering what there problem could of been, and the guys in the back are totally ignoring us we had to almost shout if we could get some help, the young lady was the only one who paid us any attention she should get a raise and the other young men with the dirty uniforms and bitter attitudes should get reprimanded. i mean the level of disrespect for a customer who comes here very often to buy 2,000$ dish washers for our customers and this is not our first buy its our 6th by thats 12,000$ plus tax of money we have decided to spend with you all but if this customer service doesn't improve me and my company will pull our business from here. You all had a very bad day please be better tomorrow, we're in the south and we don't take kindly to disrespectful people nor do we take our business to businesses like this. Please take some time to reflect, talk to management, get some new uniforms, give the young woman a raise, and be better tomorrow.
And please don't reply with one of these generic messages you send to everyone who rates you a 1 star "we apologize for the experience you had at our store. We value our customers very much and never want our customers to feel unvalued. This was an honest mistake and an issue with time management on our part. Please feel free to message us privately so we can discuss this issue further. Thank you for your business and hope to right this wrong for you."
Be better and make changes as a matter of fact don't reply, YOUR best reply is when i go in the store next week the Management...

My family has always purchased appliances from Cowboy Maloney Downtown Home Store for over 20 years. I purchased a washer/dryer set from here back in 2001, and the washer started throwing fits so it is time for another one. If you want the ease of purchasing items at a wonderful price without the annoying hassle, this is the place to shop. As a female, I'm always apprehensive about shopping and getting screwed over, but not here. I cannot think of the older gentleman's name who greeted me at the door, but he was so sweet, patient, and helpful. Mr. Matt completed my paperwork in a timely fashion, even being busy with other customers, and I was out the door. It was that easy! I got a great price on my fridge, which was almost $200 cheaper than another large retail store. My sales guy didn't try to sell me the highest washer in the store (I actually purchased one at a higher price than what he suggested for what I was looking for). CM prices were much "lowe"r than the competition. You won't be disappointed with your shopping, and if you do, see Mr. Matt, Asst Mgr, he'll take care of you! I won't leave a review of the products I purchased because that is not on them, only my shopping experience.
