Started out with what seemed like a great experience. We were looking for an outdoor sofa and found one. The sales lady was super helpful and told us if you are not in a big hurry we will be having a Labor Day sale, she offered to email us. She did too we were amazed. I called and spoke to her thanked her and asked about delivery how long would that take and was it in stock. She advised we would be charged 99.00 for delivery but we could come and get it that day. We decided we would pick it up so I gave her my cc so it would be ready for us. When we arrived at the store and talked to her I see a sold sign on the Floor Model of the sofa and she wants to know if we just want to go out the front door. WHAT???? I never asked to buy the floor model I want a new sofa. And who assumes a customer wants a used sofa???Scotie and I step out to discuss and she comes out to say that she just found out they can no longer order that model. So I then check their website find the sofa same price with free delivery. I go back into the store and ask why can I get this from your website but you can't order it and the delivery is free. The manager responds and says there are only floor models left that's what they would ship you.Evem more stunned by this nugget of information. I then ask where does it say this is a floor model? This question was met with a blank stare from all 3 of them, like I'm the crazy person. I said you can't sell used furniture as new without telling the customer. No response. Apologies from Angela but nothing from the manager. I did give Angela the benefit of doubt she could have misunderstood... I guess?. To her credit she took accountability and she was very apologetic. but common sense says people don't go to a furniture store to buy used furniture. One more time I say if I buy a floor model it should be my choice not yours this is very dishonest. And a floor model should have a way bigger discount than 500.00. Nothing no response except from Angela that they may have to note that in the future on the website. I'm like well what about you were going to charge for delivery...the manager says well they put it on a pallette and deliver it that way...again missing the point that they were going to charge me 99.00 for delivery and of an undisclosed used sofa that was eligible for free delivery. We live a whole 4.5 miles from the store and would have charged me 99.00 delivery thats free on their Website. We told friends about this place encouraged them to go check it out...Im so embarrassed about that and trust me we will correct that!!! The only solution offered to me is a refund which I agreed was necessary as in principle we wont support unethical businesses. This company doesnt deserve our business or hard earned money. We were so stunned by this unethical practice and zero attempt for customer service. Buyer beware you don't know what you will get here but based on our experience you won't get honesty or customer service and possibly won't get...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not even fully opened and towing everyone in sight. Many locals have parked here for years and years with no towing from the prior owner. Clearly there is an option to tow and that is not an issue. However the manner in which it was done was rude, inconsiderate, and just on its face improper.

What a horrible way to start your debut into the community of Jax Beach.

I was towed after being parked not for the beach but for church in the place adjacent less than appx. 1.5 hours. This new business is not even fully open for 3 more days, had a dozen plus open spaces and still towed all church attendants without so much as a notice.

Moreover, when I inquired on the number to call I was met with rudeness and followed and accosted by the blonde woman working there numerous times.

Clearly simple courtesy was not a factor in the decision making process. A few notes or flyers for a week making those locals aware would have been greatly appreciated. Even more, a simple phone number without the rude comments and demeanor would have went a long way.

It’s funny because I noticed the store and was interested in checking it out to replace the teak furniture throughout my home. I will most definitely go somewhere else.

As a business owner, I can assure you this is not the way to come into a new community. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to find a good local spot for your teak...
