Beachside Swimwear — Local services in Jacksonville Beach

My wife and i came in with our family to grab some suits real quick. The staff hovered the whole time like vultures for a sale. My wife is a larger girl but carries it well. One old lady started following her around offering her granny panty bottoms and wraps exclusivly like she should be ashamed to wear a tank style top and normal bottoms. Spent 175 on 3 toddler swimsuits and 2 adult. All off clearance average prices in store are 50- 100 per piece non-clearance. In the end due to them being right up our butt so we couldnt discuss our purchace we spnt an hour trying this that and the other on cause my wife was to polite to bluntly say go away. More to add insult first thing out of the old ladies mouth is we dont take returns or exchanges. Please we had zero intent to we where buying swimsuits to wear strait from there to the beach to swim. The younger staff where fine the older are mostly stuck up in attitude and action. Only way it would have been worse would have been the lady strait out saying her insults.if i could give a negative score i would. Great store to go to if you want to be judged based...

They sell defective bathing suits and refuse to take any responsibility for them. I am willing to pay for quality but when I do I expect that the items I paid for are going to represent the amount of money I spent. If they DO NOT I would expect that I would be given the curtesy of assisting me with the defective item I just purchased a day earlier and offered some sort of compensation..exchange/return etc. Instead when I explained that their bathing suit bottom I just bought bled onto my new white bathing suit top I was treated as though I was a lying and was told that I needed to bring in the bottoms to prove that they bled instead of believing a customer that has no reason to lie. I went out of my way to go to that store in the first place as it’s not near my home but never will again. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I will take my money elsewhere. If you want a quality bathing suit that will last past the first rinse I would suggest you...

We’re locals. We love this place on a normal day (always great quality items at fair prices), but today was swimsuit day.

Most beach-adjacent stores we’ve been to in tourist areas are junky. Not in Jacksonville! We came here because of the large selection of swimsuits. I specifically can’t stand the knots most have in the back, and they helped me look for that.

A huge selection, well organized and sorted. They even had runners to switch out sizes and styles for you. It was a busy Saturday, but still the wait was minimal. They even helped me determine which size to buy.. I was leaning towards a medium bottom, but apparently it’s very common that once they get wet they stretch! Don’t need that headache while on the cruise…

Oh yeah, and they have little disposable thongs to wear underneath so you can make sure they actually fit like you think, without those pesky underwear lines confusing you. I wasn’t sure about them at first, but...
