I have never in my life had to write a bad review. I even gave myself a day to think about it but i woke up just feeling just as angry as when i left this establishment. Yesterday i went to whataburger with my family after church and received the worst service i have ever experienced. it all started when i placed my order with tamaira M. she was very unwelcoming she didn’t say even say hello she just immediately she asked me what i wanted. she had an attitude about her that made it seem like she would rather me be anywhere else but ordering. when we got our food she called our name and once again she said nothing i had to say thank you to get any type of response from her. once we got home we realized that they had forgotten a spicy chicken sandwich that was apart of our meal. me and my boyfriend took the food back and my boyfriend asked tamaira if they could have the order remade since everything was cold by the time we got back to get the item they forgot. tamaira looked me in the eye with a disgusted look on her face and turned around and walked away. At this point there was no reason for that kind of reaction. my boyfriend wasn’t rude about his request at all and she simply didn’t respond or let us know if she had any plan to fix the situation. after a couple minutes of standing there she comes back and tells us they can’t do anything but make the sandwich they forgot and she told us that we could “just reheat” our food. which in my opinion is not something you should ever say to a guest. not to mention we would not have needed to if they had gotten the order right the first time. that is when my boyfriend became frustrated with the horrible customer service for her and asked to see a manager. eventually the manager said he would throw in an extra free item to make up for the inconvience which was alot more than tamira would’ve thought of, clearly. me and boyfriend have a conversation about how we’ve never experienced such terrible service from someone before and how this experience truly made us not to want to come back. during this tamira found it in her heart to finally start greeting guest after not doing it the entire time we were there. once we got our things tamira took it upon her self to raise her voice and let us know that she is “great at customer service” and had been at whataburger for a year. who knows why! i can’t imagine her being good at making anyone feel comfortable and welcomed based off the service she gave before we had a problem with our order and based off the service she gave afterwards. the way she acted was truly unacceptable and a free cheeseburger was absolutely not enough to wash the taste of her disgusting attitude. this location needs to do better with helping their employees understand the importantance and impact of how basic kindness can go a long way...
Read moreLobby closed indefinitely, drive thru takes at least 30 mins so plan accordingly. Only 1 window open and the other window is used for storage. A take from Burger King's playbook.
Staff was nice, my order was correct and well put together + spicy ketchup in the bag. What a relief.
Unfortunately they must offer the bare minimum of pay. Took this long to staff and the employee parking looks like a junk yard, every single vehicle missing mirrors windows bumpers etc. Not posting the pic out of respect for the employees, but what a turn off. Also i get the struggle, my personal vehicle has been off the road for months, this isnt hate, it's just a reflection of the establishment as a whole.
Landscape features newly planted trees (crape myrtle, magnolia) that are disease ridden and mostly defoliated. Maybe another corner cut using free/unwanted trees to save money. The grass is the wrong type for the location and will require more input to look acceptable. Seeing the corners cut already, I doubt they will be paying the upkeep.
Brand new shiny concrete, beautiful building accented by a pile of trash and busted sauce packets littered under the open drive thru window. You know exactly what im talking about.
Overall I was excited to have a Whataburger open that I can visit on my way home from work. I would say give this place a few months to get into the groove but its not a execution problem. Its a funding/management problem. I didnt look into who owns this location, but i am interested if they have other locations or brands i can visit for comparison.
Again, the product (staff, food) was just fine as expected and i appreciate their service. The location needs to be better funded...
Read moreLeft another dinner establishment(rhymes with holly bee) very disappointed just for this experience to be just as bad, if not worse. When we walked in, we were first approached with “I don’t get paid enough for that”, my husband proceeded to let one of the employees(Antwone) know that their (American) flag was about to fly away. His response was something along the lines of, “why does everyone care?” After cashing out, we went to go fill our cups. However, there was no ice. We went back to the counter and waited for someone to come up. No one came up until other customers walked in and overheard from their interaction that the ice machine was broken and they had just been putting cups of ice out at the soda station. That’s janky and I don’t really want to use ice that’s just been sitting there. Other customers agreed that it was questionable. It would’ve been super simple for them to communicate this upfront or even offer to fill the cups with ice for us. The food was cold and fries were overly salty, i could quite literally feel my cholesterol levels on the rise. We had ordered, ate our meal, and no one still had removed the flag so my husband went ahead and fixed it himself. Took all but 2 minutes, so not sure why someone who’s literally getting paid to be there couldn’t have taken the time to do it. (Yes, it wasn’t a big deal about the flag, but the response it evoked was unnecessary). I love Whataburger and typically have decent experiences. I’m not sure if it’s this location or that if it’s a one-off, but staff needs to improve customer...
