I recently made an online order with FP. As Iāve done for many many years! I have truly been a loyal FP, FM, Anthropologie and Terrain shopper - mostly online as well.
My FP order was delivered?! However, I didnāt receive it. That day I did receive my Anthropologie order and a Amazon order.
I called FP and received no assistance! The customer service representative basically told me, āthereās proof of deliveryā. So we wonāt send another order to you AND thereās no refund.
I asked to speak to a equally unhelpful manager. She did agree to do a list package complaint!
Itās now FPās practice to claim - we have proof of delivery! In my case a picture at my door?!
How does FP know thatās my door? Or the package wasnāt taken by the delivery person after the picture was taken? Or someone else stole it?
In actuality, I am not responsible for anything just left at my door! Im responsible for a package delivered to me. If the delivery person chooses to leave it. Iāve also taken no possession!
Shame on you FP for lame practice!
While I did get a full $700 refund! Im mortified for those that didnātā¦..
If this happens to you. Demand a list package investigation. Youāll need it to do a full charge back with your credit card company! This isnāt information FP is sharing with you!

They were very excited to look in the store as they had never been in a free people store before. What we experienced was beyond terrible customer service and a very uncomfortable shopping experience in general. A few minutes after walking in one staff member said āwelcome inā, but after that the entire time we were walking around the store they literally stared at us and didnāt speak another word. It made all four of us feel extremely uncomfortable and upon leaving the store, my girls- who both work in retail- were appalled and immediately said how rude those employees were.
